It would be a super location, close to Tower Bridge where the race route is. I think the rooms vary a lot, maybe ask for a high floor / quieter room.

They keep your credit card details so if there are breakages they CAN charge. If there are no breakages then they do not charge.

Yes there are hairdryers tucked away in the wardrobe.
