KENSINGTON SUITE HOTEL

I was in the basement and to be fair it was clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. It was less then 70 quid with a breakfast. The location is excellent. Don't expect the Ritz, it a priced extremely well.

Shocking Hotel

The hotel room was disgusting there was mold all over the rooms ceiling and rat bait boxes under the wardrobe. When this was pointed out he didt care and said we should leave. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Headphones stolen

Do not go there. The room where we were was really dirty, floor was crooked and rooms were too tiny. Second day there my friends headphones got stolen from the room and the staff was rude about it. 0/5

Average sums it up

We had two nights here and it was ok at best. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, and the air conditioner didn’t work. Some of the staff were good and helpful, others less so. Good price but otherwise I wouldn’t hurry back.

I’ve just booked online. It’s states no payment will be taken until you arrive at the property. My payment has been taken. I’m now trying to cancel the booking and even though it gives me the option to cancel it won’t cancel my booking. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve called the hotel to tell them it won’t let me cancel. hi, does the twin standard have a fridge/ mini bar?

Hello the twin I stayed in had a mini fridge but no bar, there was a small kitchenette with microwave also.

Hi Mariane I m afraid you are not allowed to smoke in the rooms, or corridors, The only thing you can do is go outside and smoke, it says on the description of amenities that this hotel is smoke free, if you smoke you could possibly get a fine also** Jo
