Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Had a great stay at Travelodge, Raynes Park this week. Location was perfect for us. Tracy was a wonderful hostess and was very patient with the door keys which would not let us into our original room. We were moved to another room where we had no such problems. The whole hotel was immaculately clean as ever.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at the Travel Lodge Hotel was nothing short of delightful. The convenience of free parking in such a bustling city like London was the first of many pleasant surprises. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to Owen, whose friendly demeanor and helpful guidance set the tone for a wonderful stay.

Very welcoming staff, Prakash was a great host and very helpful. Kitchen staff were lovely. All very clean. Useful having the coop and Waitrose nearby, and Lime and Thyme restaurant nearby was great. We would happily stay here again in future.

I was recommended to book a room in the Travelodge Raynes Park by my friends who are living nearby. The room was clean without noise during my 3-night stay. The breakfast was an economy choice that the hotel provided sufficient choices for food and drinks. I was also impressed the helpful gentlemen at the reception, he helped me to solve a problem with swift responses. Overall, i highly recommend the travellers who are going to stay there if you are going to find a good place near the Raynes Park. It is far beyond my expectation to a 2-star hotel. Thank you, Travelodge Raynes Park!

As travelodges go, this one is definitely the best I've stayed in! The staff really can't do enough for you and are always there to help. The free carpark is so handy and there's a train station just over the road. I've been staying here for a while now and Prakash, Owen, Anna and her sister make the place really welcoming. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Budget hotel? It didn't feel cheap at all, mostly thanks to Ana who has been so lovely, efficient and helpful, always smiling despite the rush, she even speaks a fluent French! Well located near to convenience store, pharmacy, restaurants and train station.
