We arrived early to dump our bags and they kept my valuables in their own office which was great piece of mind. We got back late for check in (10.30pm) and nothing was too much trouble, Emilio and co. were super friendly and accommodating and check in was so easy! The room was clean, comfortable, and secure. Fantastic on all counts, except showers weak and comforter is too warm. Clean room, tranquil setting in a park, close to several tube and train stops, restaurant and shopping areas. Great staff, continental breakfast, and shared hangout areas.

Good value hostel for close to the centre. The rooms were clean and the bed setup is nice it's very private and spacious. The Park around it is nice with a few good cafes close by. Only thing is it is a bit of a walk from the tube station but still very accessible.

Beautifully located , clean, friendly staff and delicious breakfeast. I really liked to stay here. Even sleeping in a 9 bed dormitory wasnt bad experience since everybody was polite . The courtains over the bed create a small private spece and its really a good idea. I choose to sleep on the top bed and it was quite acrobatic to...

Booked this hostel via a groupon deal have wanted to try a hostel for ages .. to try it out thought I would first try a private room. arrived late evening and was delighted to be informed of downgrade from 30 bed dorm to 13 bed. Nice, quiet, considerate roomers. Conveniently allocated by outstandingly helpful staff member David who could have been working a 5 star hotel desk. Beautiful old Victorian building kept in clean and tidy order....no complaints.

Great place. so quiet in the middle of the park, VERY clean amenities, extremely comfortable beds and with personal power sockets on every bed and free huge lockers for every person staying there, friendly staff and it looks more like a hotel rather than a hostel. Wifi is very fast also in the rooms plus wc/toilets are modern and clean...

The hostel is located in Holland Park which closes at 5.30pm in the winter, therefore you have to be back by this time or you will get locked out. Staff expect guests to know this on arrival and to know which entrance to use, no info was provided by the staff and they stated all info is on the website,...

Dear Guest We were disappointed to read your review and would like to assure oyu that the entrance to the Hostel after the Park closes, which is 6.30pm is well lit, visible from a distance, safe & there is appropriate signage (in many different languages) to direct you to it. The shower problem if reported at the time would have...
