Stayed here with two freinds for a gig at the O2 it states on the booking site 1.8 miles from the arena it is on map terms but isn't walking distance or around the corner we had to Uber back and forth on all trips adds to the cost of an already expensive trip. Can't fault the Staff they are super friendly and helpful gave us advice on trains and overground lines nearby. The downfall is being close to the other rooms doors opening and banging all hours of the night into early hours shouting even though it states 10pm loud noise curfew sleep was an issue you expect it to be a little lively it's a hostel but not when you want to sleep. The room didn't have Aircon just a radiator that seemed to be on high even if you turnt it off if you want to be close to the O2 walking distantce and have a good night's sleep afterwards maybe this isn't the place for you.

We were not impressed with our stay here. Our bathroom was disgusting, the front desk workers were unhelpful, and the rooms were incredibly small. The walls are so thin, so noise constantly comes in from the street. There was also a lot of confusion with people being assigned a bed in our room that was already taken. Thankfully we were only here a few nights, but we will not be returning.

The place, price are good. The reception girls were helpful and kind but the whole place was not clean. Two toilets for many people and they were not close to healthy. Also the room temperature was very hot. No air conditioning or fan.

Me and my friends stayed in this hostel for 12 days. Place has a great location , because it is close to the metro station and the bus stop is actually in front of the hostel.rooms itself were bit tinny but clean. Common area is pretty good. Breakfast is very cheap and good. But the best thing in this hostel is it's stuff. Espetialy reseption guy Julio Cesar was super nice and gentle, also very helpfull.

SMALL and UNCOMFORTABLE - nothing like pictures! 12 beds (3storey loud and very low bunk beds!) in a tiny room 5x3 sqare meteres!
STINKS - they don't clean properly I've been in 3 rooms they all stinks of mould and dirty people
NO SPACE - for the bag to walk impossible to sit on the bed - well maybe when u 1,50 tall!
DIRTY - terribly disgusting kitchen Literally same as if you eat from the floor, windows, fridge and oven looks like they haven't been cleaned since they bought them Bathrooms in the rooms can go 3-4 days without cleaning, blocked toilets or no paper for days THEFT - whatever u leave in the fridge or around for longer than 3 minutes is gone! STAFF - Rebecca is the most unfriendly, unhelpful and mean person I've ever dealt with. They waking you up to change the bed (long stay) in such a loud and rude way - after u getting up & ready they have no beds ready!! ATMOSPHERE - 0! No atmosphere at all people doesn't interact or take showers there, seems like place for homeless, dirty and insanely loud snoring dudes only!! ☹️☹️☹️

I have booked a four-bed room with private bathroom on October. One of my friends was coming visiting me and we wanted to spend a nice weekend without spending too much money in the hostel. But it was all about trouble and we strongly regret it…

When we arrived, first deception: the manager said to us that even if I did one booking for two rooms with more than a month in advance, it didn’t guaranty the fact we will be together.
This is a point I still cannot understand… According to this man, the fact to be together relies only on our luck. This is a very strange way to excuse himself not well running his hostel I guess (yes I forgot to mention that this is a quoting of the manager himself!)
Thus, we were told that our room was not available. We had to accept to stay in a room we did not book and only for one night! We had to move our entire luggage on the morning, waiting for an other room for the night: very pleasant to leave the hostel without knowing where we gonna to sleep. Fortunately we had a booking! We even speak 30 mins with the reception in order to be sure to be together at least (how to waste your time when you have so much to visit!)

When we arrived for the second night (after an exciting day of visits), we were told that indeed we have a room but that we had to pay before. We were very shocked because we had already paid at the checking and in cash. The reception showed that there was nothing in the system and we had to pay or show the receipt (the manager did the checking but why not, a new way to run one’s hostel, this manager is definitively a pioneer of doing business).
We had then to unpack our luggage in the hall in order to find it (very uncomfortable situation I wouldn’t see anyone in this situation). Fortunately, we find it and we have been given a key to sleep (one hour to have this key). When we arrived finally in our room, we see that there was no private bathroom! They didn’t take in count our reservation for the second time (fortunately we spend only two nights). The collective bathrooms were dirty and we didn’t take a shower at all!

The day after, we go to the reception to complaint. Guess what? It was the manager again who refuses to reimburse our nightmare: 2 pounds no more for all the troubles. After telling him all our feeling regarding our customer experience, he just didn’t want to speak with us (very childish and not a behaviour of a manager). We were both polite even if we were very angry and he allowed himself to ask me to “shut up” and throw the receipt at my face!
I think that no one should ever come there: it is the worst experience of my life

To sum up for an attractive price you get:
- Very unpleasant and incompetent people
- Small rooms and badly soundproofed
- A high proximity with people you do not know: beds are too close from each other (barely 20 cm)
- A district which doesn’t look very safe (especially if you do not know London)

Appalling and disgusting place to stay what can you say that's positive? The smell of the place knocks you in the face as soon as you arrive through the door, the check in process is poor and then you find if you have any valuables you have to pay to secure them in a locker in the basement!
On walking to the basement within the first 15 minutes of my arrival I stood in human faeces. (Not quite sure how human as the person clearly had a bad diet by the stench)
The rooms are cramped, the facilities are poor and the majority of the staff would not know the definition of customer service if a thesaurus open at the correct page smacked them in their face...

Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Or you will find disappointment awaits you on your arrival

This was my first hostel experience and wasn't really sure what to expect. Checking in was quick and easy, and the communal dining/relaxation room was thriving with folks on their smartphones and laptops. Lockers and towels were on hire (I'd recommend the locker but bring your own towel if you can) and it was clean and friendly. I stayed in a 9 bed room - quite a tight fit - with a shared en suite facility. I guess for a shared sleeping arrangement it wasn't too bad - everyone seemed to take into consideration noise levels. The place felt very safe too. Breakfast is available too - basic toast and cereals but does the job. Ultimately a hostel is about the budget traveller - and £17 a night in central London is something you can't complain about.

DONT GO HERE, ITS A WASTE OF MONEY.
We had to come her for a school trip and the photos online are completely fake to what is actually here. There are people smoking weed in the rooms next to us and the staff didnt seem to care. Then we were moved to a room which are the photos down below! completely disgusting.
And at night people bang on the walls and the window dont even work. The pillow are coved to hide the horrible stains and inappropriate messages written on the pillows. During the night, we found weed on the toilet seat and it smells of it EVERYWHERE! The beds have bed bugs and showers are freezing cold!

There is some parking nearby but as you are so close to London it is in short demand and quite expensive. I believe there is an ncp car park about a 4-6 minute walk away
