Fantastic staff, really helpful and outgoing. The food was prompt and the service was brilliant. Everyone made me feel welcome and can't recommend this location enough. The room was clean and tidy. Well done.

Setting is over an Aldi. Check in was quick. Went up to room and met a guy on the stairs wearing a stab vest who said, 'Good evening Sir'! Didn't really install confidence. The room was clean and typically travelodge functional but lacks style. Breakfast was the same apart from the orange juice machine not working and the staff refusing...

Staff extremely friendly, welcoming and willing to help with anything needed. Food was good but not much of a selection on the menu. No noise to disturb sleep. Entrance next to busy road though so be careful with young children.

Very well sited close to the town centre with ample parking. Hotel was clean, and very comfortable beds. On-site restaurant for breakfast, dinner and snacks if you don't want to venture far. Staff very pleasant and helpful. I booked early and paid £29 per night. Nearest Prem inn was £65. So well done Travel lodge.

Excellant staff good old customer service from a clean modern venue on the edge of the city centre with good access to shops and restraunts. Large easy access car park and local supermarkets. I will be stopping here again.

Really lovely stay with friendly and accommodating staff. Couldn't have wished for better. We came up to stay as Middlesbrough fans for the football match that saw Middlesbrough promoted to the Premier League. The hotel was full of the opposite team's fans but despite that, the staff here made our visit! Outstanding service. Highly recommended

Staff fantastic and hard working. Rooms surface clean but bit grimy when you look closely. Lovely bedding, bed and pillows ok just a bit hard. As a single woman I felt vulnerable as reception is upstairs and the building is like a rabbit warren with no redeeming features. Food good for portion control reheated meals. And yes the whole building...

Hotel was in a ideal place for my needs. But the noise from outside with traffic made it hard to sleep. And when the Lorries or Wagons went by the whole room shock with the noise. So If you get rooms from 201 onwards expect a lot of noise from outside.
