We chose this hotel because it was very close to the railway station. Judging by the amenities is was no more than a 2 star. There was no shampoo or cream rinse. the bathroom was terrible. Lots of mold, the mirror was so high that I couldn't reach to see myself in it. The shower was big enough, but the...

I didn't spend a lot of time in this hotel, well the annexe of it which is a couple of minutes walk away. The steep steps into which are quite steep, and my room (I think this was 21) was right next to the front door to the annexe. Easy to find, yes, but when people arrived and left it...

Nice enough place. Friendly, helpful staff. Room OK. Ours not overlooking the river which was a shame. No free parking but streets nearby had 2 hours parking until after 1830 after which it was OK to stay until ten the next day. Which we were able to take advantage of as we checked in at 1630. Ideally placed for the...

Lovely area, good customer service. I stayed there for a few nights and I'm not disappointed. Everything looks pretty good and well maintained. I would definitely check in again. Pretty cheap as well...

Stayed here for two nights over the August Bank Holiday. Great location, I had a river view. Also near the station and city centre. Friendly staff and plenty of tea and coffee. Clean room, comfy bed. Freeview TV in room and en-suite.

This hotel is in a great location for being close to the centre of the city and the train station. However we were put in the annex building, and had to go through a back gate to get to our room which was very small! This meant we didn't even have to enter the annex building (it's just another building...

What a wonderful hotel, I was in a single room with a shared bathroom and having previously experienced some (not too pleasant places in Norwich) I was not sure what to expect. However, I was absolutely over the moon to find such a clean room, with basic but everything you could need facilities and a shared bathroom (spotless shared bathroom...

I had a basic single room with shared bathroom. The room had a comfortable bed (though no protectors on mattress or pillows), a TV, sink, wif-fi and hospitality tray. No hangers. I was staying in Norwich on business and it was adequate for my needs. I could have paid extra for breakfast but as I left at 6.30 each morning...

I was part of an Australian group of over 30 people that booked out the entire hotel and annexe for a week. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, often going out of their way to make us comfortable. We'd come from Australia prepared for cold-ish weather and were surprised with warm days. Michel and the staff were more than...
