I stayed at Revado Hotel for three nights. It's undoubtedly the best hotel I've come across so far. The reason being simple, the staff here is very friendly and helpful. They arranged early breakfast for me since I had to leave early for work. The room was clean, quiet and has good city view. The washroom and entrance door had sanitised labels for guests to know when was it last sanitised. It also saved my cab fare expense as it jist 5 mins away from city center and train station. Also, free wifi and brunch bars, chocolates, juices were a bonus. Highly recommended place for stay in Norwich.

I travelled to Norwich for a hospital Visit. I was really lucky to get a chance to stay at Revado Hotel. The hotel is very near to the train station (literally 3-4 minutes by walk). Even the supermarkets like Morrison's is very near to the hotel. None of the hotels care for guests just like the way revado does for its guests. We were given a welcome tray in the room containing brunch bars, juices, tea/coffee/sugar and sweetener. The place was very clean, the entrance door were sealed with stickers and labels saying "sanitised". We also had housekeeping service in our 3 days service. The housekeepers attended the room when we were not inside to avoid the direct contact. I really felt, this hotel is going the extra mile even during the challenging times just to ensure everyone's safety and to give best service. I would recommend Revado Hotel to everyone who's looking for a hassle-free stay.

Thankyou so much to Revado for helping with a booking for an unaccompanied disabled friend I am writing on behalf of her. The extra support was genuinely appreciated.
She was very impressed with the room and it is good walking distance from the train station for travellers.

I tried to amend a twin room booking to a double room for 9/5/20 & the hotel just cancelled the booking made 6 months ago. Price paid was £58 but now charging £150 for the same one night stay. Disgraceful behaviour by the management. Wouldn't stay here if you paid me. I am now faced with trying to book alternative accomodation at greatly increased prices. Thank you very much.

The hotel is in a excellent position for the train station but a good 20 minute walk from the city centre, and on a hill, so if you have mobility issues you would need to order a taxi.
We received an instant, free upgrade on arrival which was lovely.
However, we were very disappointed with the breakfast. I am vegetarian but my friend is not, but the hotel did not tell us that the entire restaurant is vegan. We paid £10 for a full breakfast which consisted of 2 vegan sausages, a small bowl of cheap baked beans, a very spicy samosa, mushrooms and a diced tomato and avocado salad. We asked for tea which came in a tall, glass cup but with no teaspoons. I asked for 2 vegan bacon rashers which were very over-cooked. There was no salt or pepper available on the tables.
On a small dresser in the restaurant was the supposed 'continental' breakfast selection which was absolutely disgraceful, at the same cost of £10 - there was one slice of stale bread in the bottom of the plastic bag, 4 bananas that were so overripe they collapsed when touched, two mini boxes of cereals and a jar of marmite! Service was minimal and at the desk they tried to charge us £12!
It was such a shame as the hotel is clean and the room came with a good selection of tea and coffee, fruit juices and water, as well as cereal bars. Had we been told that the restaurant was fully vegan, we would have chosen to had breakfast elsewhere as my friend doesn't like vegan food.

Well positioned not far from the city and station and with friendly staff I was hoping for a good stay. The room was ok , in reasonable condition , and the indian restaurant next door convenient but the challenge was noise , from mattress , neighbouring rooms , roads outside , football supporters and creatures scuffling loudly above the ceiling ( all night). The window could not be opened more than a small crack and the bedside lights did not work. A provided replacement bedside light had too short a cable. Pricing was reasonable given a city location but breakfast would have been in addition. The provided tea and coffee tray was well stocked .

3 of us stayed in the family room but only had 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels between us. No handle on one of the desk drawers. The coating was coming off the desk and was just stuck down with cellotape. Curtains didn't have enough hooks in so when you drew them they hung down at the top. Walked down the stairs to reception and the carpet slide off the step. Asked reception for some antiseptic wipes and gauze as needed some dressings. The wipes were dry and expired in 2012 and the gauze and bandage they give expired in 2014.

Really looking forward to staying here, because according to the reviews it is almost perfect. But it is not! Firstly parking is not easy. One side of the street is timed parking, the other is in a restricted zone, so beware if you are taking your car there.
Whilst booking we asked for a room in a quiet area as we are very light sleepers, and had to get up very early the next morning to go to work. Getting into our room, past the "I am clean" sign on the door handle, there was no window open, and the room was suffocating. We pulled back the curtains to find window condensation between the 2 panes. Photo attached, but to our dismay, the extractor fan for the hotels kitchen was right outside our room, and was on full blast, so impossible to leave the window open.
Went downstairs to ask if there was another available room, we would have been happy with a family room and pay the difference, but we were told the hotel was full.
So back to our room, and longing for a shower went into the shower room. 1 loose tile on the floor which rocked when you stood on it, and disgusting mold both in the shower cubicle & on the adjoining wall. So no shower, and health issues meant that I could only spend the briefest of time in that unsanitary room.
It does not take much to clear up that health & safety issue, if only the owners could be bother to check that their rooms are fit for purpose.
The room itself is a bit worn and unloved. One of our 2 single beds had something below the divan on the floor, again picture attached. Heaven knows what that is?
Strangely, some one had taken the tissues out of the complimentary box, cut them in half & put them back in the box. What is the point in that, as you needed 2 halves to use for any purpose that you might want!
One plus point, the amenity tray was well stocked.
Lastly when we checked out the next morning @ 6am, the room next to us still had the " I am clean" sign on it, so an unused room, and not a full hotel as we were told.

An excellent hotel with excellent location! Located close to the train station and the city centre. The hotel was extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. Through out my 10 day stay all staff members were very helpful and anything was possible, all were excellent employees, a credit to the hotel. The two gentleman who worked at the hotel always went that extra mile to make my stay enjoyable and made me feel that I was part of the family. However, one lady made the trip very memorable; with her can do attitude to everything and constant smile and positivity made the trip perfect. a truly excellent employee who would be a worthy asset to any business. Her advices & tips were very useful and nothing was every a problem, she had considerable patience and warmth was always given.
The hotel is close to Morrisons and Boots and is located on retail park for other essentials. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, however the food in the hotel is of excellent quality. Full complements to the chef, she always worked her magic and once again very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for going just that little bit extra!!! See you soon.

The hotel was spacious and clean with all the facility in a really reasonable price. They have provided free snacks in the room aswell which most 4/5 ⭐️ hotels even don’t.all the staffs were amazing and very helpful.
Shreya and Kaushik both were outstanding and doing a great job. They looked after me through all my stay.which made my stay very comfortable.even the girl at the bar/restaurant was so lovely.
If someone looking for a great hospitality and great service on a reasonable price I will definitely recommend this place.

Hi,
Hair dryers are supplied in the room and an iron and ironing board are available from reception.
Many Thanks
I haven't stayed at the hotel, but I do know that the hotel is very central. It's in easy walking distance of bars, shops, restaurants etc, so its fine if you don't other other means of transport! Prince of Wales Road (which is the road opposite, over the river) is where all of the clubs and bars are!
