Have stayed in MJB hotels before so we were completely aware that we weren't staying in luxury, but this time it honestly amazed us how awful it was. Tv with no remote, stains everywhere, used plasters on the bed, most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, ridiculously hot, shower that was barely a drip are to name just a few....

I stayed here for one night with a friend, we visited Norwich for the shopping and nightlife but in the end wished that we hadn't! Parking was a nightmare to sort out as this is booked separately, I didn't receive conformation so worried the entire time I would get a ticket! Now onto the hotel......... Awful!! And I mean awful!!...

The pics on their website do not resemble the rooms. No curtains at the Windows and glass painted so unable to see out. The passageway to our room smelt of weed. We were in room 4, make sure you have a torch because landing light did not work and we were unable to see the combination lock. No staff on...

This is the worst hotel in the world EVER! And not even in a quirky funny way! I booked a double room with ensuite. When I got to my room, I punched the code into the door, the handle turned but I couldn't open the door... Turns out there were 4 people already in there smoking weed... It was like...

I booked this having seen photos at booking .com.,however the rooms were NOTHING like the photo's and were filthy dirty with painted in windows. The entry lock to room door was in constant darkness. The car park was not available to book in advance so that patrons would be fined for illegal parking if they thought that parking was free...

If you stay here expecting a nice hotel, then you're a moron. This isn't for a 3+ day stay. It's perfect for a few friends who are going clubbing etc and need somewhere to crash for the night. When me and my friends turned up I expected it to be disgusting but it was far from that. Only problem we...

Just left The Bristol Hotel, same MJB group, left 3 nights early as it's not habitable. Rooms are a total disgrace, but it's the smell of drugs being smoked at 3am along with all the shouting swearing and screaming outside my door that put me off. Lasted for about 3 hours constant swearing, shouting felt unsafe as wasn't sure if...

No wonder there were rooms in this place. The crack den has been cleared and Isis have cleared the locals. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Even the cockroaches left without paying. A novel way of avoiding curtains is to black the windows out. It's basically student accommodation or a halfway house. £80 we paid, 8 pence worth we got. I could go...

All I am going to say is this: I spent over two years in a half way house due to unemployment and that was cleaner than the room in this so called hotel! Prison cell would be a better name, no windows, stinks of sewage, no mirror and black painted walls..... booked for two nights and stayed half a night........
