Having now stayed here on over 6 occasions this is my first choice hotel in Norwich when on business. I arrived tonight having not been here for nearly 5 months and the receptionist gave me a welcome like I was one of the family and had only stayed here last week! Quite rare to find such great customer service these...

I spent one night at the Annesley House Hotel, chosen mainly due to the reviews on this site and I wasn't disappointed. I visited Norwich for the football and, as I didn't mind a 25-30 minute walk, was able to leave the car at the hotel and walk to the stadium. I also found that it was a much quicker,...

We stayed at the Annesley House having arranged to meet friend in Norwich for a drink and something to eat. Lovely hotel, comfortable beds and a great breakfast. Staff very friendly. Would happily revisit.

Stayed for three nights visiting family - ate in the hotel for two of those nights from the fine dining menu - it would have been 3 out of 3 had we no arranged to eat out one night. Food was superb, great service, friendly and efficient staff. Accommodation was what we've come to expect from Best Western. Definitely a...

My second stay at the Hotel... As ever...it was booked via work. Stayed Saturday night. My room was a small double, but they call it an executive single. Bed was about 4ft...on my own,so big enough. Full size bath...but water pressure very poor....only staying the one night i did not have time to let bath fill up properly...so made do with...

At last we have found a hotel where the staff really do go out of their way to make you feel welcome! We booked a weekend for my husband's birthday and from check-in to check-out it was faultless. All the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful - real old-fashioned service with a smile. The food was absolutely superb and everything,...

The Annesley House Hotel is one of Norwich's hidden gems. It is comprised of three Georgian houses, two of which are conjoined by a conservatory-type corridor. It is set back from the main road, so traffic noise is not too much of an issue. The Hotel is only six minutes' walk from the main city shopping and eating district, too....

We just can't keep away! The hotel is friendly and we had a massive Georgian room (11) with high ceilings and lovely period detail. Shame about the 1960's avocado bathroom! But at least it was well heated. Lovely breakfasts of smoked haddock and gallons of tea and toast. All well served in the conservatory restaurant The hotel is within easy...

Stayed here for 3 nights for the visit of the Glyndebourne Touring Opera. Hotel is handy for the city centre and on good bus routes. It is very comfortable, the bar is well stocked and the Continental Breakfast covers several continents! We have stayed before and will again.

We stayed in The Coach House a small block of rooms adjacent to the main house. The room was excellent. Decor was new and a good size. Really liked the bathroom which had a superb shower. Bed was really comfy. Pre-booked breakfast when checking in and so got it at a reduced price if £8 instead of £11.95 which when...
