Excellent location, a few minutes walk from town but quiet with plenty of room for parking. Despite some bad reviews we found the staff on reception polite and very accommodating as we arrived early but were still given our rooms immediately. Our room was small but warm, clean, with good wifi and an electric kettle with tea/coffee/biscuits/mineral water. Breakfast was...

Oh my. I went here last year and I have to say the staff didn't warm to us (bunch of sods). Myself and Billy turned up at approximately 8pm and we needed to get on the drinks immediately. We got ready and went down to the seedy bar, had a few shandy's (outrageous), and felt a little uneasy. It was...

A very cosy hotel and room very comfortable. Very handy hotel with a 10min walk into the City. Had a lovely evening meal and freshly cooked breakfast. Quiet hotel even though it is on a busy road. Staff very courteous and welcoming

I am really shocked that this hotel is a Best Western as it is not the standard you would expext at all. The room I was given was in an annexe. It did not look at all like the pictures of the rooms on Trip Advisor and had the smell look and feel of a 1970's boarding house. As did...

Having now stayed here on over 6 occasions this is my first choice hotel in Norwich when on business. I arrived tonight having not been here for nearly 5 months and the receptionist gave me a welcome like I was one of the family and had only stayed here last week! Quite rare to find such great customer service these...

I spent one night at the Annesley House Hotel, chosen mainly due to the reviews on this site and I wasn't disappointed. I visited Norwich for the football and, as I didn't mind a 25-30 minute walk, was able to leave the car at the hotel and walk to the stadium. I also found that it was a much quicker,...

Stayed for three nights visiting family - ate in the hotel for two of those nights from the fine dining menu - it would have been 3 out of 3 had we no arranged to eat out one night. Food was superb, great service, friendly and efficient staff. Accommodation was what we've come to expect from Best Western. Definitely a...
