Absconded from another hotel that was too noisy and booked online; thankfully there was a vacancy. Packed & drove over, ample parking, got sorted and rested for business day next morning. I wouldhave got no rest in the other hotel; there was arguing in the bext room, and every

Just had two days staying at the Mercure in Norwich on a special Valentine's deal that included a bottle of prosecco. The hotel is really well placed to park your car up, leave it and catch the bus into the city. Also there is a really good Wetherspoons across the road, The

Thank you so much for a full and balanced customer view. I am so pleased that you mentioned Nikki and the rest of the team here, they are all fabulous. I am delighted that you enjoyed the food in our restaurant, we are receiving some very positive reviews recently. Thank you for all your kind comments, we are rightly proud of our Norfolk hospitality. We hope you return soon.

Used to stay here a lot with work, haven’t stayed in a while. Stayed in room 74 for the first time, bit of noise from function room and outside but very clean and comfortable and great breakfast in the morning, served for the workers from 5am-ish.

Sorry - I'm just a normal paying guest, not staff! You'll have to ask the hotel directly.

Hi well it depends how demanding you are, i find the room and the service fine but not sure about food, remember its a 4 star budget hotel not luxury ! some people spent some times in Philippines and they expect the same service here in uk, well expect the same standard of hygiene but deff not same level of service. so its always a gamble.

Cost of cab to city centre
In late May we paid £7:00 or less, depending where exactly we asked to be taken. That's for a taxi booked by the hotel reception.

"I don't think you can choose a room, but avoid the main road and the "central area" as there is a hum."
"All the Rooms have good views. Although, check if there is a function being held at the Hotel."
"Middle of an industrial estate so no good views."
"I would not choose the standard rooms as they are very tired but clean."
