Hi Joanne, you provide us with a terrible review and post pictures on the internet determined to drive your point home. Can I ask you why you wrote in our guest book, and I quote, 'Loved our stay, would love to come again. Our dog Mia Has also loved it.' You said nothing during your stay about you fault finding, which seems strange as you clearly feel so strongly about our shortcomings.
I enjoyed your comment about the iced water in the room - we are situated on the West Cliff in Whitby, we spend half the year trying to keep ice out of your room!
It is clear that your requirements and our product do not match. We would prefer to concentrate on people that enjoy our offering, of which there are many and 75% of our guests are repeat visitors. So, as we have a determination to provide for people who love the Magnolia, can I respectfully suggest you find alternative accommodation that suits your needs in the future,
