The hotel is fine , just a typical premier inn , ideal for business just outside the city centre . Would need transport if you are using this this for a city break. Did not use the breakfast facilities so unable to comment

Really friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room and excellent Premier breakfast that resulted in my partner putting on 6 pounds in a 5 night stay! The Doremouse pub next door had long waits for tables and a menu that's not varied enough to tempt after 1 visit- but the Premier Inn staff suggested several alternatives v nearby. There's a Park &...

This was only the second Premier Inn we had stayed in. The other being in the centre of Leeds the previous night were we had a not so good an experience, ( bad food and uncaring staff ) This hotel was a completely different experience. Every member of staff we encounter could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The...

We stayed four nights in this Premier Inn as my other half was running in the York Marathon. We found the reception staff very helpful & a big thank you must go to the member of staff who arranged with the chef for my boyfriend to have breakfast of porridge at 6.30 on the morning of the race. We were...

Stayed here for 1 night. A little out of town but bus stop is directly across the road, bus takes 10 mins to city centre. Room was on ground floor and everything was clean and tidy and comfortable bed. We had breakfast in the morning, waiter service which was a bit slow ( what's the matter with the buffet). All in...

Very efficient, friendly and comfortable stay at this Premier Inn. Reception staff very professional and helpful. Great hotel to stay at to visit York as park and ride just outside. Breakfast served in hotel restaurant - everything freshly cooked. Good choice for continental breakfast.

We chose this Premier Inn as it was on the edge of the city, we didn't want city noise. It is perfectly situated on an A road approximately 30 minute walk into York. We were in room 229 and the bed in that room is so comfortable. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours late on the Friday night/early Saturday morning who...

My wife and I decided to take a trip to York for our 1st wedding anniversary weekend. We went with this premier in as we felt it was still close enough to the city centre for us, but possibly far enough away to make it a no go for stag and hen parties. On our arrival we were welcomed and...

With brilliant Park and Ride facilities and a bus stop opposite which takes you straight into the heart of York City Centre. Adjacent to us is The Dormouse Vintage Inn Pub/Restaurant serving food and drink daily. My team and I are proud of the great feedback we receive.
