Communication prior has been excellent - making sure I knew if no one was there how to access building and room. On arrival lovely Tracey assisted me - original room...

We booked this very last minute ( the day before ) and to be honest looked at the pictures online and didn't read the reviews. So had a fair idea what to expect. But what we got was more than we expected. The room was very spacious, room to move around and spread out. Or as tom would say your...

We stayed in the Minster Walk apartment which is just a short walk down the road from the main accommodation. It had everything we could possibly need and was in a lovely quiet location 20 yards from the river and just short walk to the Town Centre. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic - full English with home made bread, cereals,...

Only booked for 1 night but wish we stayed longer!! We stayed in Room 1, decorated beautifully & very cosy. We arrived a little later in the day and clear and helpful instructions were left for us along with a parking permit which we didn't need to use as we managed to park on the small onsite car park. The...

We're to start. Beautiful apartment everything you need, bed super comfy, staff very friendly and helpful. Great location, breakfast was lovely and all the little extra in hotel there was a lounge with mince pies cake and mulled wine plus tea and coffee. They have gone that extra mile to make it special and we had a super weekend.

I'll start with the positive - comfy bed, silent room, great night sleep, love the handmade cake in room and in lounge. Also perfect location! Negatives - bathroom was size of postage stamp with used contact lense on floor so not sure if thoroughly cleaned, bedroom was spotless so perhaps just a one off. Tv was size of iPad, but...

For those who knew this b & b when it was " The Old Coach House " will , I am sure, concur that the living heart and soul had been ripped out and replaced with a ghastly refit. The room we had was just down the road. two apartments have been bought. They were quite well appointed. Breakfast was...

This was a birthday present to my partner from his family so was a surprise to come here. Great location as a two minute walk to town with pubs and restaurants on the same road also. The room was large and comfy and even though it was fully booked that night we didn't hear any noise from anyone else in...
