Book for one for one night, on arrival greeted pleasantly, then shown to a 14 bed room with bunk beds, the one above me was a young lady! This is a hostel with cook yourself evening meals. Breakfast offered at £2 donation to charity. I did not stay and late at night had to find an alternative accommodation for the night. The advertising is appealing but false.…
Clean & cosy single room. Nice breakfast & pleasant staff. Close to city centre & bus stop is right outside the hotel with regular buses into the city centre. Unfortunately some maintenance work had been scheduled to start on the last morning of my stay however my booking (AND PAYMENT) was still processed. Luckily this did not disrupt my stay too much.…
Good English Breakfast, very friendly Staff, room cleaned on a daily basis, a fifteen minute walk from central town with a regular bus service costing a pound single journey to town and a bus stop outside the Hotel, I will be back again.

Generally speaking the building (inside) is a little bit tired and needs a refresh but it is ok for the price... The staff are extremely kind and helpful and pay attention to your needs. Breakfast is included even if the variety of food is not huge (above all for overseas people). …
We absolutely loved this hotel. So incredibly quiet, comfortable and friendly! We had a double and twin room and all for ur of us slept like babies. The showers were powerful and easy to use and the towels luxurious. The breakfast was incredibly generous and delicious with lovely service. An extra loud shout out for Louise who gave us great advice about where to go and what to see. She recommended great places and we had a brilliant time. We ended both of our days in the hotel bar and thoroughly enjoyed the company of all the staff. Loved the traditional element of the hotel.... just how a hotel should be! …
