We stayed up the road at our own cottage. We visited the Devonshire Arms on several occasions. The staff were good and kept thing moving especially on New Years Eve when they where serving 18 of us at once. At the end of the night the Manager/Owner was good enough to drop us off

Visited when staying locally, as it was an easy walk to and from. Menu looked good, we ordered the fish special, cod goujons and the risotto. The fish tasted like it was a few days old, and was tired. The risotto was a very basic and bland affair, with nothing to recommend it.
