First all of i would like to highlight the amount of times i had to reschedule this booking due to covid ( government guidelines and my own personal illness) and Debbie was soooo helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble and she responded rapidly to every single query i had. Due to this i was expecting amazing things - and they were delivered. We stayed in the Sherwood cabin - what a little beauty this is. Great size cabin with underfloor heating ( needed as it was snowing) i honestly dont think there was anything missing that we would have needed that we didnt have, Great space, comfortable, cosy and with priceless views. Every morning those views honestly took my breath away. The absolute golden nugget to this cabin is the animals on the farm- my partner now is demanding a horse as so many of their horses stole his heart - i however now want mini goats. Looks like either moving in or purchasing our own farm. My partner also left his glasses there and Debbie posted them out next working day to us free of charge ( extremely kind) From the bottom of my heart id like to thank Debbie and the team for my perfect end to a horrible year. The service throughout, beautiful views and ammenities made our stay as close to perfect as possible. We are already hoping to come back as soon as possible.

We came across Fairview Farm Accommodation after searching the more commercial, pricier log cabin accommodations available in this area and what a find. The farm is situated in stunning grounds with each cabin having it's own unique views from their own private decking/garden area which comes complete with it's own fire pit, great for toasting marshmallows. We have stayed in 4 different cabins, (Little John, Poppy, Friar Tuck and Upside- Down house) and each time have been left a complimentary bottle of wine, so we must have had a "gallon" so far. Each cabin has their own character but are all finished to the same high standard and are very well equipped. In the colder months you do not have to worry about being cold as they all have great heating in them. There are lovely walks around the farm in quiet/peaceful surroundings where there are a variety of animals to see. Debbie and her team make sure the cabins are spotlessly clean and Covid safe and are friendly and wonderful to deal with. We will be re-visiting in the new year and will be trying out the remaining 9 cabins throughout the year.

I visited the farm as a last minute accommodation for me and my partner when moving house. It was absolutely beautiful and would have happily stayed longer. The lodge was ideal and had everything you needed and the walks around the park had gorgeous views and animals ! Great holiday to chill out and have a break from work surrounded by scenic country views. Will definitely be back.

We have just had the best break over the Halloween weekend and just in the nick of time before the new lockdown begins. Had to stay local due to the Tier 3 restrictions at the time and couldn't have had a better experience. Debbie was prompt in replying to every message I sent and Fairview Farm itself was the perfect, safe, local holiday we were much in need of. Clean, comfortable, tasteful, Poppy Lodge was brilliant and bottle of wine was much appreciated. Toasting marshmallows over your very own BBQ firepit on Halloween under an amazing moon was ideal. Remote and peaceful - even the nearby road at this particular lodge was not a disturbance; just shut the gates and leave the world behind. We loved it and would certainly go back. We wish Debbie and the family all the best and hope that they can open again soon so that we can go back!

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Robins Den. This is our 2nd visit and again not disappointed. On arrival, we had forgot how stunning the location & views were. Robin's Den has had a few decor changes, even more cosy & like home from home. The best part of the improvements being a bigger decking area for us to sit and enjoy the outside. Making memories on an evening sitting & toasting marshmallows on our fire pit, in our private garden area taking in the views. Eating breakfast while watching the sheep graze right outside your window...- doesn't get better than that! We had forgot how perfect it was. We also noticed improvements to facilities in the games room and surrounding area & play area. Already booked our visit for next year. This could become a family tradition. We love it here. Thank you Debbie. If you want a weekend to do nothing but relax... then I would highly recommend staying here.
