Must say lovely location and cosy little Hotel ... not sure about the 4 stars. At the moment of the booking we were promised a double bed and an extra bed, as we were myself with wife and daughter. Basically the double bed was a sofa bed with the worst mattress I have ever slept on ( picture attached) after...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect for our one night stay. The room had everything we needed and the bathroom was lovely and spacious with an amazing shower! Staff were really friendly and offered maps and information about the city. Location was also excellent - a couple of minutes walk away from the city centre!

The Mercure is perfectly located in the heart of Nottingham, just about everything is only a short walk away. Perfectly located for the Motor Point Arena, our reason for the visit. Staff are very friendly & helpful, rooms after clean & comfortable, all in all a very pleasant stay.

We stayed here in November while visiting for a friend's wedding. We'd booked 2 rooms, one for us and one for our friends who were staying also. After going to our room, we were shocked to find a glorified cupboard. The bathroom was small but the bedroom was absolutely tiny - despite booking a double room, the room had a...

We stayed here in February 2017 while seeing the Nottingham 'Lights Night'. We got a great price of £59.45 for a double room. This did not include breakfast and you can park at one of two nearby NCP car parks for a £10 discount from the hotel. Excellent service, very clean room and friendly staff. The only downside was the...

Thank you for your kind comments, I am delighted you found the hotel affordable, the service excellent and the room clean. The Curious Tavern serves Starbucks Coffee by day and offers Shuckling heaven by night. A light, fast daytime menu with the addition of traditional tavern comfort foods are available. In the evenings Oysters and Champagne are accompanied by cask...
