      Wonderful, helpful staff. Great night's sleep.

      A little bit of luxury

      watch out for extra charges

      stayed here for a long weekend and was asked if we wanted complimentary paper in the morning. When we checked out, the newspaper was no longer free and had to pay extra for it! Misleading service!!!!!

      Good location and views

      Stayed one night in a superior room, which had a great view over Nottingham but was tiny - I can't remember the last time I stayed in such a small room! It was fine for one night though, the bed was comfortable and the L'Occitane...More
