Stayed for a Nottingham University reunion.
Initial afternoon tea reception was put on by the hotel with a nice selection of food as a buffet!
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast hearty!!More

Stylish hotel but single beds (twin room) tiny -can barely roll over without unexpected encounters with floor. Not very comfortable either.
V slow reception service - 2 desks for size of hotel not really sufficient.
Bar service slow, and overly loud 80s cheese music throughout...More

We arrived in the evening from Heathrow, using a National Express coach which dropped us off at the University north entrance, a 10-15 minute walk to the De Vere Orchard. You can catch a local bus to get closer I found out later, also handy...More
