Lovely welcome from the owners for our training weekend, bedrooms very comfortable and landlord even washed our cycling outfits after a day of constant rain and dried them ready for the next day! Very comfortable and lovely breakfast

We stayed at home farm over the weekend for a friends wedding. Immediately when we were greeted we made to feel at home. Sylvie & Robin made every effort to spend time with us and got to know their guests. The rooms, food and setting was nothing less than perfection and I would definitely re-visit again.

We booked a three night break at Home Farm at the last minute, looking for a restful break with a bit of luxury thrown in and were not disappointed. Home Farm is a beautifully decorated house set in wonderful surroundings. Sylvie's interior design skills have created a luxurious but welcoming environment - it would be so easy for a house... We found the so called 'farm' very exquisitely decorated. The entire house has so many tiny pieces of old, quaint and priceless furniture in each room. It is 3 floors totally we stayed in the attic room which was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was just outside the room also very clean. We found our hosts a bit out... More

I arrived at Home Farm, after struggling to find it, and was met by Robin. He was a charming host and made me feel very welcome. Sylvie was away but he immediately offered me a cup of tea and showed me to my room. A lovely, large room with twin beds with a delightful view across the countryside. The bathroom... More

A perfect English home in an idyllic position. Robin & Sylvie are the most perfect hosts, we were welcomed into the house as friends and they both gave so generously of their time. We were given a fascinating tour of the Estate which included the Village Church & Family smokery. Sylvies decor enhances this historical house so beautifully. We returned... More

We've always had good experiences in Wolsey Lodge B&Bs, and this was no exception. Home Farm is the kind of house most of us dream of, in its idyllic peaceful setting (although the A40 is right next to the property, the noise doesn't impinge at all). The Pink Room is gorgeous, with a four-poster bed and plenty of space. Sylvie's... More

This was one our favorite bed and breakfasts in all of the UK! It is located in a beautiful country setting with sheep grazing beyond the fence. We felt right at home with Robin and Sylvie. They were lovely, down to earth people who enjoyed visiting with us. We had the top floor attic suite that was decorated BEAUTIFULLY and... More

This is an outstanding bed and breakfast. The welcome and care we received in this utterly beautiful house was second to none. We felt very privileged to be there. The decor was very tasteful, good colour co-ordination and antique style eloquently blends with the new. Bedding all top notch high quality linen, pure luxury , toppers on the bed -... More

Home Farm is located in an idyllic setting just outside the village of Little Barrington and offers an excellent retreat from busy life. Its owners, Robyn and Sylvia, appear to enjoy playing hosts. They are very knowledgable about the area. They are the landlords of the entire village and as a result appear to know everyone! As they own the... More
