The hotel supervisor Luli was super helpful and respectful at reception, getting us a taxi. The room was very nice and big for the price which was payed. Everything was clean in the room and all staff was respectful. Additionally, there was no loud noises or disturbances during the night, giving us all a good night sleep. We had a lovely time at travellonge and will hope to have the time to do stay here again soon.

Room as expected. Easy to park. Shame about the customers who were noisy walking around the corridors in the night. Plenty of eating options over the road at the services and a Waitrose shop too. Easy checkout

Firstly, we must say upon arrival the customer service at reception from Luli was absolutely professionally, friendly and helpful. I would rate her a 5 star. The room, bed linen, towels and cups were clean so kudos also to housekeeping, and a staff was quickly sent to address an issue I had with the TV which was my fault. However, the management need to undertake some very important remedial. In our room in the bathroom the sink was cracked and mildew/mould is on the ceiling edges above the bathroom door and corner. In the room there was mildew /mould in the corner right wall . In the morning a lot of water resulting from condensation from the window was running down the wall under the window next to the corner where the mildew/mould is. This room requires remedial work to bring up to better standard as damp and mildew would spread more. Mould and mildew has an adverse effect on peoples health and they need to comply with housing regulations .

The staff is great but the hotel supervisor called Luli was amazing and helpful. i went down to ask to refill the dispenser and she send someone straight away to do it . in 10 minutes i went down to ask for an extra pillow and she did it. thank you Luli

Uninhabitable. Hallway smelt of pot. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in for years. Tired and dirty decor. Please do not stay here unless your only alternative is to sleep rough. The car park cannot easily be booed through the app either so I had no choice but to fumble in the dark at the machine

On a family trip to visit Oxford. This hotel was the best quality/price on paper. I don’t expect so much as the price was low. Actually this hotel was well located, very clean and spacious and the team is a real credit to the company. Thank you Francois!

Booked a family room for one night. Great location and a great welcome from Luli on arrival. She gave us a quiet room and a timetable for the park and ride and lots of other info. Room was clean and comfortable, a bit tired in places, but great value for money. Lovely warm shower and services across the road to buy breakfast. Would definitely return.
