Selling their business on comparison websites like hotel.com as free cancellation. Then deduct your money even if you cancel within time. Later you can speak to an unprofessional sitting on the phone that it was not free cancellation. i am going to take a legal action to claim my money.

food and vegetables are keept in the open refrigerator on parking lot behind the hotel next to the garbage containers. it is a miracle that the health authorities allow this - it should be closed on sanitary violations the hosts treat you as if you were the most unpleasant person on the planet: they sure as hell do NOT need your business the furniture in the room was falling apart the bathroom was filthy dirty

Stayed for a couple of nights while visiting the hospital, which is 5 minutes by car. Room clean and comfortable although a little dated. Nice tea/coffee facilities. On suite bathroom clean with anti-bac soap. Super white fluffy towels, mattress protector and crisp white linen. Staff super caring and helpful. A good variety of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep

Stayed several nights unfortunately for work & on 2 different times weve been given keys to the room, the 1st time the room hadn't been cleaned & the 2nd the room was occupied bu another unfortunate guest. Upon entry to the reception area there is more often than not an unpleasant smell lingering in the air The rooms are very basic & dated, definitely need an upgrade & modernizing The showers are either red hot or stone cold so not able to shower properly, there has been no central heating in any of the rooms I've stayed in & have been replaced by an oil filled heater which did nothing to heat the room up at all I would definitely recommend spending a little more & getting a much cleaner, more modern room
