Stayed in an Executive King room which was extremely comfortable and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant served very good food and the whole ambience of the hotel was in the 'grand' style.

We did stay here but visited for the morning. We had booked a garage space for 4 hours, a great thing to be able to do. On arrival we were warmly greeted and our car taken away to be garaged. We met another friend here and stayed a few hours the Morse bar was very interesting, comfortable chairs, and excellent...

A great location,, good room, clean and well equipped but a bit dated. The hotel is still being renovated so isn't at its finest. We'd booked overnight parking ( £28.50!) which they hadn't registered but it was quickly sorted.

I would give it 3 and a half point (meaning good). Hotel was undergoing renovation when we were there, it is an old building which is an attraction on its own. Squeaky floors, you can hear what is going on around you. Location is great, walking distance from all other attractions in Oxford. Poor wine choice and restaurant no more...

Just popped in after looking around the shops The little things yesterday made the experience so much better 1. Opening & a warm welcome at the front entrance 2. I was looking for a wine not too dry a small amount from two recommended wines poured to taste made my mind up 3. Music in the background not too loud...

The Randolph is an Oxford institution and I am sure 50-100 years ago it was the latest in luxury. Alas no more, the age of the hotel shows but it is also its charm. It is difficult to beat the location just across the road from the Ashmolean museum and right in the centre of the city. It is a...

Gorgeous rooms. Lovely location. A really great hospitality team. We arrived and found a shower in our room and requested a change. We were given an automatic upgrade and made a real fuss of over dinner. We really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is lovely.

We stayed one night here while visiting Oxford and had a great stay. The hotel is in a very good location and about 10min walk from the train station. The staff were efficient and made us feel welcome. The room was brilliant, great bed, heated towel racks, rain shower and robes provided with Molten Brown accessories. We did not have...

Booked the Randolph for a night away and have come away feeling thoroughly disappointed. Paid just over £200 for a room for a night and then had a further £30 lifted for breakfast. It didn't get off to a particularly good start with one of our two bags making it to the room but the other not. In the end...

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful Saturday night stay with our dog. We booked a Classic room (dogs allowed in these) but the room was quite spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Our dog was welcome in the Morse Bar so we spent the evening there with the rest of our family. All the staff were friendly and very...
