      Good hotel not great service

      Good hotel but the service was not good had to make 4 calls and wait 17 hours for a TV remote. no body serving at the bar which we had to chase up. restaurant was good and so was the service there. breakfast good.

      Great Stay

      Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a really nice hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in to my friends and colleagues. Easy to get bus or taxi into City Centre and also to get to Blenheim Palace and Woodstock.

      there is a bus stop just outside the hotel. which takes u to the city centre in 10 to 15 minutes .. otherwise u can opt for a taxi

      I am not sure as the rooms and breakfast were all booked by my daughter....however I can say that the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It was self service in a lovely restaurant.
