Last trip to Oxford, this hotel was full & we were sadly forced to stay in another location & hotel. Since our last stay (4 years ago), the hotel has undergone some refurbishment and expansion into the other semi-detached Victorian. Now all rooms are ensuite and the decor is more in the millennial style rater than the pink-flowered Hyacinth Bouquet...

This B&B had no shampoo or conditioner, the room itself had a draft and there was a cold breeze making its way in even with the window fully closed. The heater appeared not to work at all, however once in bed it was not too cold. The room was also quite loud, I could hear all movements of the people...

Stayed one night in room on top floor in rear. Nice quiet location and decent sized room. Everything very clean. Friendly staff. Parking available in rear. Nice location not too far into the busy city center but only about a 15 minute walk. Very nice visit to Oxford.

I booked this guest house for a 2 night stay in Oxford. The location is great and a ten minute stroll into the city centre and we didn't need to use the car or taxis for the whole weekend. There is parking available here which I believe is unusual for accomodation in Oxford. The room we had was very small...

Stayed for the bank holiday weekend. 10 minute walking distance from town centre so we walked back whenever we wanted a break without it being a trek. Rooms were clean and comfortable, lots of storage space. Staff were polite and helpful; allowing us to leave our bags after check out. Free Wifi, which was good enough to watch BTSports on...

We stayed on this small hotel for just one night. It was picked because of its location and price. However, I was expecting a little more of its facilities. So allow me to summarize the good and bad of my experience: Good: 1. It's located on a walking distance from Oxford downtown. 2. Beautiful & quiet neighborhood. 3. Home made...

A friend and I booked this guest house for a spur-of-the-moment trip to Oxford, and were struggling to find somewhere in the city in our (cheap) price bracket. Having booked this before reading up any reviews, I was a little downhearted afterwards to read a lot of negative reviews on here. However, on arrival, I was therefore, pleasantly surprised with...

This b/b is about ten walk from centre of town public transport just outside door . Staff very friendly , very good breakfast to start the day. Rooms clean and the family room we had was spacious for three adults.

We were very disappointed with this accommodation. Breakfast is served so late, we had to skip it to make our tour. The room was small, tacky and overpriced. The good thing - it was on the bus route, and Oxford has an excellent bus system. The location was near the University. Too bad it wasn't more accommodating.

Stayed here for just 1 night.the location was great being just a 10 minute walk to Christ church and the city.very easy to get around on foot.the parking was secure behind the guest house. The room we had was clean and comfortable, but quite dated with a mishmash of furniture, but ok for being so close to the centre.the breakfast...
