Really pleased we found this wonderful B&B. The owners and staff were so welcoming and nothing was a problem for them, e.g. they were happy to accommodate our request for an earlier breakfast. The woman who served breakfast was so good, as soon as you sat down at your table she came out of the kitchen to offer tea/coffee etc....

We spent four nights here very recently. Three generations travelling together, Our room was bright and comfortable and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast choices were numerous and very tasty. A great location for walking to all the sights. We encountered a medical issue and Mike and his wife were wonderful with helping us reach a doctor in order...

Found this after looking at much more expensive hotels, and it appeared just the ticket - we weren't disappointed. Easy reserved parking, a warm welcome, tastefully furnished rooms, quality tea & coffee in rooms, incredibly comfortable bed, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've tasted, and all for a reasonable price. What is there not to like..?

Spent a Saturday night here. Lovely quiet room, tastefully decorated, and everything worked. As importantly the attention we got from Mike and Sylvia was personal and genuine. Location is great for a short walk into central Oxford.

We stayed here for 2 nights January 20 and 21, 2017, and found the people running the guesthouse were friendly and responsive. The building is old but appears to have been well modernised. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, clean and well appointed, the bed had an excellent mattress and we loved the underfloor central heating! The windows were triple...

Booked this B&B for two nights in November based on Trip Advisor reviews. Was pretty much exactly as described - a clean and cosy B&B with large comfortable rooms in a good position about 15 mins walk to the heart of Oxford. The windows were double glazed ensuring a peaceful sleep and the breakfast were delicious. Parking was supplied out...

We stayed in this boutique hotel, and from when we arrived the welcome was friendly and helpful sharing with us a lot of restaurants with many cuisine choices, parking is available behind the hotel but you must ask if there is space. We stayed in room 7 - it was a very light airy and comfortable room with welcoming tea/coffee/chocolate/water...

Lovely room. Delicious breakfast. Easy secure parking. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. More cosy and as good as any hotel regarding the room quality. If you're looking for somewhere which is within walking distance of Oxford Centre, But also quiet then this is the place.
