The room was fine. Breakfast very good. Manager Lorraine very helpful and friendly. Bed in Room 4 could do with a new mattress - quite springy & uncomfortable for 2 people. Bus stop right outside for city centre. Traffic noise all night.

Just back from one night stay here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our room was lovely, well decorated and clean, staff very friendly and the cooked breakfast was really good. Parked our car up and got the bus into Oxford, the bus stop is just outside and the bus into Oxford takes about 10 minutes, cost £2.50, and runs every five...

We had a nice visit in Oxford and this B&B was a part of that. The room was completely redecorated with a small outdoor veranda in the backyard. The owner was very helpful and tried to help out. The breakfast was really good and gave several different options to chose between, also a fresh fruit-salad was served.

Bathroom was small and cold though with one of those showers you have to move around in to get wet. Breakfast room is small - just 3 tables...
