We have stayed here many times and everything is always exceptional. You get an excellent & professional greeting on arrival when booking in. Rooms are always spotlessly clean. Breakfast is plentyful and displayed beautifully and the hot cooked breakfast is pipping hot. The staff are very efficient and professional and nothing is too much trouble. Lesley Anne on duty at...

That is to say - high. We have never been disappointed at these facilities. The cleanliness is almost clinical and the personnel always charming. When you are lucky enough to get a 'deal' on the room it's almost a 'steal' The only disadvantage for us - on this occaision - was the adjacent facility, a Toby Inn, was heaving.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn on Richfield Avenue (Caversham Bridge). The room was a good size for two, and intelligently designed to make the most of the space and features. The bed and pillows were really comfy and they had nice big towels! The hotel and room were clean and tidy and nicely decorated. All of...

One of the best Premier Inns i've stayed in,(although to be honest they're all pretty good) Breakfast was excellent, room was clean and warm staff professional and friendly. The car park was larger than we expected and had no problem parking. The Toby Carvery next door was quite good, not enough menu choice to use more than once in a...

You cannot go wrong with Premier, you get what you pay for, however, they have now changed their mattresses on all beds and I personally find them too hard. Breakfast, although slightly pricey, was great. Quality food.

Really excellent hotel, from the reception area to the corridors, to the bedrooms everywhere was very clean and well maintained. The carpeting was as new, the reception area and restaurant bright and well decorated. The receptionist friendly and welcoming, gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. The room we had, though on the small side, as made clear...

This is the second time I have stayed here and as usual the standard was very good and staff very friendly and Breakfast as usual was freshly cooked and plentiful. The only downside was where to go for dinner which was the Toby Caverey next door the food at best was luke warm and just about eatable. If the weather...

Room was clean and tidy. Needed an extra towel for our room which I had to go and collect from reception, no phone in our room which seemed strange. We were not advised that this was a shower only room would have liked a bath tub too we will remember to request this next time. Breakfast was average but slow...

My fiance and I stayed here for the weekend while visiting family. The car park is a lot bigger than I expected based on the information on the hotel's booking site, and it's covered in CCTV cameras. I felt pretty safe. Our check in service was great. The lift makes some strange creaks, but it doesn't seem to be anything...
