Our 3rd visit and as always the room was clean and welcoming. Sadly the Toby Inn attached is still dirty, unwelcoming and shuts 30 minutes before last orders! Such a shame. Other Premier Inns we have stayed at have great pubs/restaurants attached to them. This one is such a let down.

I stayed at this hotel on Sunday 27th November in a family room with my 15 year old daughter. It's the first time I have stayed at a premier inn and from the moment we walked in the lady at reception gave us such a warm welcome. She was friendly and polite and even chatted to my daughter about her... More

A 1 night stay whilst away on business. From check in to check out was superb. Room as expected and advertised warm, good size, comfy and quiet. Good night's sleep and on to breakfast. Breakfast was superb way to start the day -choice of everything. Would certainly recommend and will return when next in the area.

I always try and stay here for an event at the nearby Leisure Centre at this time of year - it never disappoints. Great staff and very comfortable rooms. The staff serving breakfast are delightful and very friendly - all the staff pride themselves on a high level of service. The food is freshly cooked to order and very tasty... More

I stayed here for nearly a week with my elderly, disabled mother. We had comfortable, quiet rooms and an excellent breakfast. The staff were truly outstanding. They were warm, friendly and helpful. I think they could give a masterclass in warm, friendly service to hotels that are considerably pricier!

Arrived at 9.30pm to a cheery and efficient receptionist. Lots of free parking. 2 minute check in and room was spotless. Breakfast was served next to the reception, and loads of choices and hot fresh full English served by cheery staff. For a one night business trip this was perfect.

Spent three nights here to attend a family gathering in Henley. Chosen because its good value and you know what you're getting. They are all the same. Only they are not. This is the best one we have found! Everything is immaculate and the staff are superb. No bath, just a generous shower which actually suits us better. Great location... More
