Went February half term for 3 days. STAFF: very friendly and professional. ROOM : got upgraded to executive family room for free because our room wasn't ready on time (30 min delay). The room was massive and was more like a studio/flat than a room. Our room was the whole width of the building so we had window at the...

It may have been because I booked my room on the 10th floor with clubcard vouchers but it wasn't the best quality room I've stayed in. The net curtains had holes in them and the room itself felt a little tired. However it was fit for purpose and was clean. Parking was expensive at £14 a night. I went to...

Overall only downside to our stay was the noise from rooms above and on same floor of large groups that were loud and rowdy well into early hours of the morning. Otherwise location great, pool and facilities no complaints and staff friendly.

Good service and helpful staff, clean room with a large and comfortable bed! The pool area was lovely! + Sauna😄 Would definitely visit this hotel again. Short distance to bus/train station, approximately 45 min train ride to London 👍🏻

We stayed for two separate nights in room 1304, on our way to and from Heathrow. Hotel is very handy for the town centre and the rail station. Bed was comfortable. Separate toilet was curiously sited. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant food and service were good - particularly impressed with breakfast. Only drawback - the difficulty of parking to...

Stayed here for my boyfriends birthday. Stayed two nights as attending a family party too. Great location and good parking. The staff were great and check-in and check-out were quick and painless. The bed was comfortable too and the room was clean and spacious. Definitely a good price too.

I've been working in Reading for nearly ten years and in that time I've had the pleasure, and pain of staying in pretty much every hotel in the town. The Novotel is the most consist and reliable of all the establishments in Reading. This is down to one thing, the staff care, and not the vague "fake smile" care you...

We stayed here twice in a two week period over Christmas whilst visiting our daughter and both times we had good rooms in a quiet location without having requested one.
