We really love this campsite and its access to Rother Valley Country Park, the bar area is nice, as is the outdoor seating. Having the pizza van come along was great and worth the wait. The toilets are exceptionally clean and the grounds are well maintained. The only thing that let the site down was the number of kids driving around on electric scooters and hoverboards. There was a constant rumble of the sound of these devices passing our pitch on the road, plus electronic beeps and even the vehicles talking every few minutes to report their power level. The site has a speed limit of 10 MPH for vehicles, but many of these annoying whiney toy vehicles fly around over the speed limit and aren't challenged by staff. This was our third stay but the problem seems to have exploded and would put me off coming again.

Blown away. Staff 1st class, very helpful and friendly. Pitches huge. Whole site beautifully landscaped. All amenities beautifully clean and modern. Grounds well kept. Full WiFi coverage across the site. Well stocked bar and cafe not stupid prices. Had a wood fired pizza from onsite van that turned up, beautiful. 15 min walk down the hill to Rother Valley Country Park. If this place had a pool it would be the best campsite I have ever been to amd I've been camping 20 yrs. The moaners will complain about kids on scooters. Didn't spoil our visit. Will be back regularly..

Our second stop of four sites on on our first time hiring a campervan for a week.. by far and away the best site in terms of facilities, cleanliness, organisation and staff. The views, walks around the site and the access to the Rother Valley complex just a short walk away were the icing on a lovely cake.. from the simplicity of booking, checking in and service from the incredibly friendly and helpful staff to the excellent value for money ensures this would not be a one off visit. A special mention for Pam who made our first time very positive!

Really can’t say a bad word about this site. The staff were amazing, friendly and very welcoming. By far the best facility blocks I’ve ever used too, always clean and the showers are fairly spacious. The pitches are fairly large so you don’t feel cramped or on top of the pitch next to you. Lovely little play are for the kiddies. Plus if you love walking or amazing views then this is the site to visit. Definitely be visiting again soon!!

Wonderful campsite - best facilities I have ever found, superbly well run by a first-rate staff Waleswood is spread out and beautifully landscaped so there is a feeling of space around all the pitches Each pitch has its own post with light, water and electricity plus a Rolec tv point I wish they were all like this!
