Lovely Hotel is very centrally located to most attractions within the city. The bedroom very spacious and bed very comfortable. Good range of choice for breakfast menus and the staff were attentative and helpful. Slight downside was the size of spa facilities downstairs. It was verry crowded when we visited with seats by pool and thermal suite being taken. One...

Stayed for two nights with family to celebrate our sons graduation. Arriving separately but at the same time we had a warm greeting and valet service parking. One of our grandchildren stayed in a room with us - there were either no family rooms or none available so maximum three to a room. The rooms, despite the extra bed were...

Lovely hotel. Great location for city centre. Friendly staff. Visit marred by wardrobe door falling off, could have been a nasty accident, door missed my foot by millimetres. It this had happened to my wife we would have spent the night at the hospital instead of having a meal. Dont want to think what the outcome would have been if...

I stayed here for one night with my work colleagues. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location being right by the city centre and they have plenty of chain coffee shops and bars literally moments away from the hotel. Check in was very quick. They have a car park around the corner on Charles Street and the hotel gives...

**The spa** The spa facilities are good, I wouldn't say they were impressive but worth visiting for an hour. The spa was clean (with the one hair ball but I assumed that would off been a recent one from someone). While in the spa we visited all the rooms they have to offer- well apart from the igloo room as...

This was my 5th stay in this particular hotel in the heart of Sheffield. On arrival I was welcomed by the friendly front desk staff members and promptly checked in where I was also kindly upgraded to a junior suite. The room itself was large and had a great view out onto the fountains below, it was very quiet considering...

Room lovely and I was given choice of room with bath and shower or large shower. Really nice breakfast as well would...

They have a policy (apparently) of not caring about guest needs. This is the second time I have stayed here, but it will be my last. I asked for a late checkout, and they were happy to grant me until 2:00 pm, until they discovered I was not an Elite member...so they had a receptionist deliver the news that I...

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us at Mercure St Paul's Sheffield. I was disappointed to read your review and am sorry that on this occasion I do believe the team could have made an exception regarding your late check out. The lift has been repaired however another fault appeared immediately and...

The room was spacious and comfortable with a great bathroom which had a walk-in shower with different shower heads. The bar and dining area are lovely, right next to the Winter Garden which you can see through the glass walls. We had a bit of a wait to register because there was only one person on the desk, but that...
