The hotel was set in a lovely location and very tastefully extended over the years. The staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. A nice room with a good breakfast. The restaurant Chez Maw is certainly worth a visit, as the food was exceptional. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Well done to all the staff.

Room was up to great standard of a Best Western. Restaurant on site is two star and every night we were able to choose a different dish, everyone delicious. Staff very friendly and informative about the area. Setting is very peaceful and although it was February I could imagine the gardens, which were attractive and full of birds, would be...

Stayed one night in the Greenwood Suite. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean and great to walk from through the pretty Ironbridge valley. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent - beautiful food, swift service and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Good breakfast - anything you could want. Overall just the break we needed.

I was upgraded to a fantastic room, totally unexpected, the room itself was immaculate and with stairs upto the bathroom I couldn't find a thing wrong. It had everything one could need or want, the...

Me and my partner visited Sunday 12th Feb at 7.30pm for our valentines meal. We really enjoyed our experience from start the finish! When we arrived we was greeted in reception by a friendly waiter with dark hair, who couldn't do enough for us! The food was absolutely incredible! Everything was so flavourful and presented with such perfection. We felt...

The hotel staff and chef went out of their way to accommodate our dietary requirements even making everything fresh from scratch for the 2 days stay to ensure there was no products we couldn't have!! The chef even on a busy night made us a...

Very nice location just 5 minutes walk from the Iron Bridge. Small double rooms, but very comfortable. The restaurant was very accommodating - adjusting the menu for a wheat free diet. Would stay again.

Visited here for 2 nights on arriving greeted by a very friendly receptionist as were all the staff we met . Our room was on the first floor which overlooked a car park which was a shame as the location was good . The room was basic but small as was the bathroom but it was immaculately clean . The...
