This pretty Georgian boutique hotel is in the perfect location - right in the centre of Ludlow opposite the castle and within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. We had a two-night stay in a room overlooking the castle and on the whole everything was fine. Breakfasts were especially good. My only gripe is the cost. I...

Nice 5 day stay: mid-week to the weekend. Food: the breakfast was consistently high level - haddock & poached egg was my favourite. Staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. Location superb - in middle of Ludlow with easy parking. Great base from which to explore town and nearby countryside on foot.

If outward appearances were all that mattered this would be first class. But our 'suite' was cold, dirty (cobwebs), poorly lit and not welcoming. The en-suite was also cold (stone floor) and the over bath shower sprayed water round the curtain onto the floor and caused a stream to run out into the passageway outside. The lounge was also chilly...

We had a perfect country house Christmas at Dinham Hall. Right in the centre of Ludlow. Log fires, lovely food and nothing was too much trouble for any of the really friendly staff. They were delightful. We would certainly love to stay again and will do. We will highly recommend Dinham Hall to our friends.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, I was surprised to read your remarks to be honest, as after having numerous conversations with you throughout your stay regards places to eat, visit, shop and bank I was under the impression that you where enjoying your stay, your comments on the greeting on arrival was different to how...

We had looked at this hotel many times from the gates and thought it was such a beautiful grand building. So we were looking forward to finally staying here! Having stayed at least half a dozen other hotels in the area we couldn't wait to give Dinham Hall a try. We were welcomed and shown to our room which was...

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I am sorry that we could not supply you with nibbles during the evening of your stay, as I did explain to you on more than 1 occasion crisps and nuts are not something that we stock and as it was a busy evening I did not have time to...

We loved this hotel with its old world charm, sloping floors, creaking floorboards and lots of charm. If you're looking for a contemporary boutique hotel the same as hundreds of others then this hotel is not for you. If you want plenty of character in a beautiful town within 10 minutes walk of all the points of interest then it's...

We stayed for 2 nights in a superior room. The room was large with a lovely view of Whitcliffe Common and was decorated and furnished in keeping with the age of the hotel, I would describe it as shabby chic but I felt it was more shabby than chic. The carpet was very tired and tatty looking and really ruined...

Spent one night here, with friends, unfortunately, a Sunday when the restaurant was closed. Only met one member of staff, who was very friendly and helpful. Lovely room with quirky bathroom, all very clean. Breakfast was very average, but service was good. If you drink at the hotel's bar, ask the price beforehand. We were charged £95 for 4 drinks,...
