Key cards for room not working Extra 3 pounds per night for internet per person. We stopped at the same hotel about one month before, the key cards were working but they only had one between two, the staff said if it breaks they could not reset it

Fleeting visit to see family. Enjoyed the base of the Travel Lodge, which was very clean and fresh with great location. Booked in plenty of time to get best price. Very welcoming reception on arrival. Easy to find. Plenty of towels. Just what we needed for our whistlestop tour.

You know what you're getting with a Travelodge and this one appears to be in a very new building. However everything remains the same inside! It's not a large hotel with only around forty rooms and two floors. Check in was friendly and quick. My room at the rear on the ground floor had quite a few dead bugs on...

Really enjoyed the convenience of the location and the price. Staff wee excellent. Would have benefitted from more than one armchair in the room. Being in the close vicinity of a pub and a filling station was also a bonus.

We stayed at the Travelodge for 2 nights for a weekend break. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had lovely views from our room looking over Ludlow. Trevor gave us a map and good advice on where to eat and which were lovely places to walk and visit. It took 15 minitues...

We recently stayed a couple of nights at the Travelodge Ludlow. We were welcomed by a friendly, smiling, helpful young man on reception and were allocated a room away from the A49, as per our request. The room was made up with a double bed, but as I was travelling with my mum, I asked for it to be split...

My husband and I stayed at the Travel Lodge Ludlow as we were attending a function in Ludlow town. On arrival the travel lodge staff were friendly; room was very clean, bathroom was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. There was no noise from other rooms or guests. The hotel was not far...

Excellent service from the lady on reception (unfortunately didn't catch her name) who enquirer if we had been to Ludlow before and gave us a map and a good description of Ludlow town centre. We...
