A really enjoyable stay and great time of year as the Christmas Market is on too. The hotel had very friendly staff, it's in a great location (a short walk from the centre) and we had a nice clean room! Will definitely go back!

Excellent helpful staff. A very comfortable hotel, if you need complete quiet to sleep ask for a bedroom at the back of the hotel where there is a lovely view of the abbey. Very good breakfast with very attentive staff. Plenty of choice both for continental and cooked breakfasts

Stayed here for our wedding anniversary. Staff are great and knowledgeable about the local area. They had lots of suggestions on things to do and great places to eat. Location is perfect. Room was clean and the bed was super comfy.

I've already reviewed on Expedia, but I will paste my review here too. We booked a short stay here in early November as a treat for my partner's birthday. I couldn't afford anything too expensive, so this hotel fit the bill with cost, proximity to the city centre (a lot closer than it looks on the map) and parking availability.... More

Great for being able to walk into the city. Horrible if you want a room you can actually move around in without bumping in to everything. You can hear everything through the paper thin walls. The room next door had rude women that were noisy every night after midnight and first thing in the morning leaving us without a single... More
