We have spent a weekend visiting the fabulous city of Bath for the Christmas Fair. We stayed in apartment 8 which is 2 bedroomed. What a fantastic, well kept, clean and well equipped apartment. It was definitely a home from home and there was nothing that had not been thought of and provided. The flat was cosy and warm. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and lounge were spacious and well designed. The shower was hot and powerful. The flat was literally right in the centre of the Christmas markets. Literally 2 seconds walk I will definitely stay again.

If you are looking for a central (a minute from Sally Lunn's and the Abbey and baths) apartment that is finished to a high standard then your search is over. There are three apartments in the complex and we stayed in No. 8, the single bedroom one. When I looked at the rooms online I was prepared for them having used a wide angled lense but was very pleasantly suprised. A nicely sized hall with cupboards for lots of storage space, a washing machine and our towelling robes and umbrellas let on to a well appointed kitchen and sitting room stocked with music system, television and DVD player. The bathroom was very clean and nicely appointed in granite and mirrors. The bedroom was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The whole process of booking was very easy and Daisy (our hostess) was very accomodating. The flat felt very homely from the beginning and little things such as the bread, butter, jam and coffee (fesh ground and Nespresso) made the experience all the more enjoyable. For those unfamiliar with Bath the little dossier of restaurant and attraction recommendations would be most welcome. I will certainly visit again.

We booked apartments 7 and 9 and they were perfect!
Clean, really well presented with excellent facilities.
They are only a few minutes from the centre of bath and there is a public car park a short walk away (although the sat-nav) was not helpful and we did wander about for a while searching for the apartments!
I am already looking for an excuse to go back and I will use the apartments again!

My Dad booked this apartment for my birthday months ago. When we turned up we had to wait an hour and a half in the rain because the owner had not sent us the code to get in. After another hour on the phone to Booking.com, because the owner didn’t ever answer the phone, we eventually gained access. The apartment is accessed via a slimy set of steps covered in rubbish and strewn with rat droppings. Inside the flat is spacious and clean. However, the TV does not work and so we were unable to watch Euro 24, which was pretty important this weekend. And TV is a pretty basic requirement. We tried to contact the landlord about the Tv but as usual got no response. We have left numerous messages and I can only assume they really don’t give a toss about their guests. So disappointed

I stayed at courtyard apartment number 8 it is a clean, light and bright modern apartment. It is situated in a very convenient central location in Bath town centre. The apartment is tastefully decorated with many mod cons. It is spacious and well laid out. The 5ft double bed is comfortable, the bathroom is stylish and the kitchen is well equipped. Charlie, who my partner spoke to on the telephone, was pleasant and helpful. And as there were no further bookings for our apartment on the day we were due to leave. We were given permission to stay beyond the usual 11am departure time. We were grateful to her for being flexible regarding our leaving time. The portfolio in the accommodation was well organised with plenty of leaflets of places to eat out at. In the confirmation email we were sent, there was an attachment with directions to your apartment by road and rail. These instructions were particularly helpful, and easy to follow. I had a quiet and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this accommodation in Bath to anyone wanting a peaceful break away.

This was a perfect apartment: clean, modern, spacious and well-located. It was also extremely well-priced, with a Marks and Spencer right around the corner for groceries, and numerous restaurants and tea houses just a few yards away.

This unit is possibly the best apartment I have ever rented on any vacation. Slept two couples comfortably....big bedrooms with a queen in each room.

Our trip to the Courtyard apartments in Bath was an absolute delight. We visited as a group of three friends as a treat for a birthday. We chose an apartment over an hotel to allow us to have more space to relax and chill out between the shopping!! The apartment was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and had fantastically comfortable beds and bed linen. There were also robes in the apartment. Charlie our hostess was cheerful and helpful- and advised we could use their robes and towels to use at the Bath Spa - saving the cost of hiring!. The apartment could not be better located- in a quiet courtyard yet on top of all you want to see in Bath, and within hopping distance to some brilliant restaurants. We had a fantastic trip and will be back!! Alison Blundell

We needed a central base in Bath to attend my Niece's wedding and the Courtyard apartments appeared to fit the bill. We stayed in apartment 7 for two nights and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, quiet, with free wifi and a kitchen with all the gadgets needed for a short stay. We were delighted with it's location, as it is so central. Our booking with Daisy and Rhiannon was straightforward and we parked at the Manvers carpark which was simple to find and safe.
This is a basement apartment with steep steps to it's entrance. However, there is a hand-rail and I managed easily in heels. This is also a basement apartment so you should expect occasional noise from the above floors! It was not enough to disturb us. We weren't aware of any city or traffic noise.
We were so delighted with the apartment that we will definitely stay here again in the future.

We booked apartment #7 for a week in mid July expecting a luxury apartment as advertised. On first glance the apartment is ok, 2 bedrooms 2 baths one ensuit with a shower stall, kitchenette in the basement.
The first thing thY was a let down is that the entrance is downa set of steep steps that are very slick when it rains. The stairwell was full of trash people throw in from the upper courtyard, cold dark and full of spiders.Gross!
Once we sat down in the living room to decompress from our journey we were treated to the incessant clatter of foot steps from the rental office above. Foot steps, rolling chairs, doors slamming, people chattering. It's not acceptable for a "luxury" rental.
This noise starts at 7:30am everyday and doesn't end until 6pm at which point you will hear the degenerates sitting and drinking outside your bedroom window slurring and cussing into the wee hours of the morning.
If you are as lucky as us you will experience the rental place across the street that holds rowdy hen parties!
If you are able to sleep through this at least the beds are comfortable?
The kitchen is ok even with the weird slug I found crawling the wall.
All in all I would suggest not staying here.
Oh yes there is no telephone either, and staff upstairs give snarky replies to emails when you. Complain about their noise.

Hi there, We are so sad to hear your experience with us was not what you'd hoped. We are a Gold Award 4 Star accommodation and take great pride in our apartments. Thank you for your feedback, it always helps to know where we could improve on our service. In regards to your concerns, The stairways are cleaned out on a very regular basis, and there is a railing if you find it tricky to get down/up the steps, they are also coated in anti-slip coating to ensure a firm grip and avoid and nasty accidents. We so apologise again for any noise that bothered you during your stay from our offices above. We have never had a complaint before and after you brought it to our attention during your stay any heavy work was immediately taken to the other end of the building, we will be sure to keep an eye on noise levels for the sake of our customers, your happiness is our priority. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do about the general noise, the apartments are located in the centre of the city which has it's pros and cons. With regards to the slug we are shocked. We have always received 100% on our cleaning inspections and would hate to see that drop as we are very proud of the standard we hold. I assure you that we will look into this. As always, we encourage our guests to come and speak with us regarding any complaints so we can fix them for you during your stay and make you as comfortable as possible. We do apologise if you found our email snarky. That was never the intention or attitude behind it. Any communication that is not face-to-face always has the unfortunate chance of being misinterpreted. Thank you so much for your comments, we do appreciate them and take them on board. We are always keen to hear what the customers think as it only helps us improve our business. Thank you.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you could need for a stay. We spent 6 nights here. We were pleased to find coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter, jam supplied on arrival. So refreshing to have this especially as we had just flown from Australia. Location is tops as it is very central. Daisy, who manages the apt was very helpful and searched a lot of information for us. Only drawback was finding the address. The apartment is in a courtyard off N Parade and as we were driving it was extremely hard to find. We had to phone for directions only to find we were just around the corner. Parking is a little problem but we were supplied with a permit which helped. Would definitely recommend staying there.

The nearest car parks are Manvers Street and Southgate Car park they are both about a 3 minute walk away. We also have a parking permit which allows you to park on designated parking bays within the city, the closest bays are only a 1 minute walk away.
