Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fantastic break spent at Dorian House. Staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, even a box of chocolates and card for my husband’s birthday. Lots of options for breakfast. Off street parking was available. Room was beautiful, brilliant shower, lovely view overlooking Bath City. Situated within walking distance of the City, in quite surroundings. Would definitely stay at Dorian House again.

My wife and I had a lovely short break in Bath. Dorian House had a parking space for all of its guests which is always a bonus. We were welcomely greeted on arrival and was given ample information about our stay and was sent information via a text of places we could eat that night. our room was very clean and had lots of chocolates as well as good tea/coffee facilities. The bed was very comfortable and my wife especially commented on the quality of the pillows and shower. Breakfast was great in the morning and best of all was the ability to walk into the city with ease!

Stayed at Dorian House for a one night stay in Bath to celebrate our Anniversary. Spotlessly clean, staff were extremely helpful - especially Natalie and Bradley who made us very welcome. We had a lovely room, beautifully appointed and a really comfortable modern 4 poster bed. Hotel location is only a 15 minute walk to the town centre and we were able to leave our car at the hotel whilst exploring Bath. Taxi from town is £7 approx. The breakfast is cooked to order and was beautifully presented and tasted exceptional. Everything about the hotel is top quality and represents great value. We will definitely come back to Dorian House.

We stayed here for 2 nights. A really lovely hotel, a 20 minute walk into town - parking came with the room - the customer service was amazing all the staff were very so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was also probably the best scrambled egg I have had in a long time.

We stayed here June 2023, so wonderfully clean, incredibly friendly staff. It was my partners 40th birthday and they had left a card and box of chocolates in the room for us! We walked into Bath each day, about 15 mins. The walk back is brutal but doable for healthy adults. I would not do it with my little ones.

From actually booking this hotel to our departure to home, this has been an excellent experience. Everyone we met was very helpful and friendly . We had a room with a great view of Royal Crescent. The breakfasts were really well presented and really tasty. The hotel is well situated with a short walk into the city. We would certainly stay here again. Thanks to all the team working there.
