Great location for access to the Baths,Abbey,Museums,Xmas market and shops. Unlike other travelodges we had to pay for car park £6 for 24hrs. Cheap but not consistent and was open to non residents too so1st come 1st serve. Not good if no spaces and your staying here.

When we arrived too early to check in the staff went out of their way to help us. He came to the bar to serve us and then came back to find us as soon as a room was available for us. All of the staff we met at this hotel were helpful, friendly and efficient.

We stayed at the Travel Lodge Riverside a year ago and it was ok - a bit rough around the edges in places. It has improved which I suspect is because of a change in staff . We had a family room this time round which was spacious, clean and quiet but definitely needed better lighting. Breakfast was also better...

Welcoming and friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. The food was good quality and value (fabulous breakfast) with free tea/ coffee and juice available all day. Brilliant location for visiting Bath with an easy stroll in to the centre and right next to the train station.

This is only a five minute walk from the train station which was great. Very pleasant & helpful staff. Room was adequate, a lovely position overlooking the water but could do with an update especially the bathroom. However I would stay again because it's so easy to get into Bath town from here.

DO NOT STAY HERE! It maybe convenient and within walking distance of town but you need to take rubber gloves, bleach and cleaner to scrub the bathroom. Don't forget to take a Hoover along with your suitcase too! And you're paying Travelodge for this privilege. We stayed in Room 23 on 29th November. Checked in late afternoon and immediately went...

Can only rate as average as £170 for a Travelodge is very expensive in my opinion. However a great location for shopping and on site parking means they can charge a premium rate. Staff very helpful, we got a second floor room facing the river which was very quiet. Room slightly tired but was clean, tidy ,comfortable and warm. Bar and cafe...

The hotel is in a perfect location; only a few mins walk from the train station and a further few onto the centre of Bath. We were extremely disappointed by how cold it was in the room on our first / only night and there was no additional blanket, etc to add to the bedding, we were both freezing and...

Good atmosphere despite it being a little soul-less to stay in a travel lodge, staff were very friendly and willing to help, room was spacious clean and warm and modern in its design. Breakfast was lively and nice. Free newspapers, and tea facilities in the room.

Upon arrival our room heater was faulty, so it was a very cold first night stay. We reported this issue the following morning but was not resolved just extra blanket offered. Very disappointed. Breakfast was very nice and fresh.
