Really engaging innkeepers made this a particularly pleasant stay. Short walk--and through two different routes--into main part of town. Decent rooms and breakfast. Good recommendations of things to do in Bath.

We stayed at Pulteney House for three days in July of 2018, and had a lovely stay. The owner, her husband, daughter, and staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast options are very good. The garden is very pretty. Would definitely recommend!

Dear Judy, We do have ground floor rooms in the annex either an en-suite king size double or an en-suite twin room. Our dining room is in the main house on the lower floor down about 5 stairs from the annex. More information can be found on our own web site with photos. From the Abbey Hotel we are 10 minutes' level walk to pick up Mad Max tours. Regards Valentina
