lovely atmosphere, delightful staff, excellent position in the centre of Bath, nicley decorated and bonus of parking and the jacuzzi which was a godsend after hard day sightseeing, private use in tiny but private courtyard - divine. breakfasts excellent - choice, variety and quality. We had 3 nights and loved it. Will definatley return.
We spent one night at Harington's. It's in the centre of Bath, everything close by. It's so different from soulless chain hotels. The service was excellent and the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had away from home. The building is historic and very unusual. Our room was up a spiral staircase and our friends' room was on a single level. Parking is difficult in Bath, but the hotel has reserved places in a nearby carpark. Highly recommended.
Unique atmosphere, nicely decorated and very comfortable and cosy rooms, with modern ensuite. Perfect location and very welcoming and helpful staff. The hot tub was a great treat. Sad that my stay was such a short one, as I would have loved to enjoy a little more time relaxing indoors!
We spent two nights here in a room on the top floor, which was great for sleeping, but most of the time we were out and about! The staff was great here, shout out to Connor, who carried our bags up the stairs and set up our two private hot tub appointments, one with champagne! Breakfast staff was excellent and this place could not be more convenient. Love the water and coffee in the room, and the comfy robes.
We arrived to a very warm welcome and a comfortable well appointed room. It had everything that we needed and was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast area was spotless and there were lots of options for every taste and the portions were very generous. We had breakfast the four days we were there and I didn't have one thing on the menu that wasn't delicious. Our bedroom was at the back of the hotel and could get a little noisy in the morning because of over exuberant birds and a little construction going on at a building on the other side of the street but it wasn't bad. We'd stay here again.
A fab welcome and the room and food/breakfast was lovely! We were visiting Bath for a belated birthday trip…The highlight was the hot tub. Deffo recommend and would most certainly visit and stay here again! Thank you :)
My husband, small dog, and I went to Bath over the Easter holiday weekend and we had such a lovely stay at The Harington's Hotel. Our room was cute and had everything we needed. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning and they even brought a sausage for our doggie. I would definitely stay here again!
The rooms were clean and nice. The added chocolate and note from HK was nice. The staff were all polite and helpful. They tried really hard. The location was good. The breakfast was really good both mornings but there was no butter for the toast and when the butter was brought out after asking, it was hard and then the toast was cold. Finding the hotel to park outside of it to get the parking permit was an ordeal as we went through a bus lane and got a fine. I was having shower on the first morning and there was a knock at the door while I was in the shower to say the shower was flooding the room under us. We went out for the day and came back to a really rude maintenance man in our room without permission with the door wide open and all our stuff was out in the room. We then had to move rooms to a really hot one. They supplied fans which was good but I don’t like the noise so I opened the window but there is seagals 24/7 making loud noises so that was a no go too. Fire alarm went off 3 times while we was trying to get ready to go out which delayed us getting ready. We used the hot tub but it was lacking anti foam inside of it and seemed to need a good clean but the idea of it was nice. But all in all it was a good stay and we very much enjoyed it. It wouldn’t completely put us off coming back in the future.…
For my husband's 60th birthday we decided to visit Bath. We selected Haringtons as we like quirky small hotels. It was perfect and our room, in the eves, was warm and cozy. The decor was lovely throughout the hotel. Given that we had snow, hail and bright sunshine throughout the visit we never felt cold. The staff were all so friendly, offered advice about local restaurants and places to visit. Breakfast was lovely, full english for my husband and pancakes with fresh fruit and maple syrup for me. We will definitely book here again when we next visit Bath.
We stayed for 2 nights and it was just the perfect location. The staff were so friendly and polite. The room was a little small but did not ruin anything. We also booked the hot tub which was a lovely extra and definitely worth the money. Would recommend to friends.
