Important things to note: Parking is not off street - you get a permit pass for Zone 6 and then you need to find where those are on your own to park. There's no map and no other info. If you are visiting with limited time the last thing you want to do is circle around unfamiliar streets looking for... More

We only stayed here one night and it suited us just fine. Clean room and the provided breakfast was very good. A wide selection of items for breakfast. I chose smoked salmon and scrambled eggs which were excellent. A well run establishment.

We visited the guest house earlier this summer. We arranged with Rita a time to arrive, and she seemed surprised that we arrived at the agreed time, so we automatically felt like we had inconvenienced her just by turning up. From the outset, she was not welcoming or friendly to us. She informed us quite bluntly that our rooms weren't... More

Recently spent a couple of nights here. Conveniently situated for the town of Bath, which is about 10 minutes level walk. Great breakfast choice and portion sizes. Rita is a lovely host. Thank you. Looking forward to returning!

Arrived around 19:45 to be greeted by the owner who gave me the parking permit and told me that I would need to look around the area for a parking space. After almost 40 minutes I managed to find a space walk back to the guest house, sign in, informed about the key and the front door access and get... More

The B&B is at a great location, 5 minutes away from the inner centre and the Royal Crescent is right behind you. We were only staying for one night and opted to park the car behind the B&B so we didn't have to move the car after checking out the next morning. 8.50 for 24hrs which is a bargain and... More

We were put in a small attic bedroom. The bed took most of the floor space. The bed wasn't comfy. I kept hitting my head on the bathroom ceiling. We had free parking over 200 yards away. The breakfast was dry apart from the eggs and no white bread. The owner kept making uninvited quips. We paid the same price... More

This bed and breakfast was in the perfect location and had a delightful breakfast menu. My wife loved the French Toast and had it every morning. Unfortunately none of the other B and B across the UK had French Toast. Rita was our inn keeper and she gave us valuable information and was an awesome host. Thanks so much for... More

Stayed for 5 nights and Rita the Hostess was very kind. Breakfast is cooked to order, but the fried eggs and sausage are dripping with grease. Shower has inadequate hot water and low flow. Room can be hot with only 1 small window and no A/C. Located at the edge of attractions and restaurants, so everything is at least a... More
