Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I needed a room for the weekend while I worked at Bath Pavilion, which turned out to be within 5 minutes walking distance. The location of Henry Guest House was superb , close to the river, churches, pubs, cafe's -- the roman spa and lots of other sights. While the space is modest and simple, it's clean and loved. Christina's welcoming, quick to react and passionate about her small independent Inn. I didn't utilise the parking or chance it, as I parked nearby to the Pavilion. I did however make use of the hot shower -- much needed and furthermore I will re-book next Feb, for the Bath Art Fair 2025.

The guest house is excellent for its strategic location, 3min walk to the Bath Spa station and very near to the central with all the shops. It is a good place to tour Bath. The host is a wonderful lady who makes excellent breakfast with a good choice of hot food and cereals and yogurt. The place is clean and well kept. A nice cute little place. Nothing fanciful but very homecoming.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! Not necessarily for the actual accommodation, which is in a very convenient and well situated location, but mostly due to the extraordinary hospitality of the host Christina, who’s caring attention and genuine desire to accommodate our various requirements made this a very comfortable and memorable stay for us. We will especially remember the meticulous care and attention that she expended on catering the breakfast to meet our needs and expectations. We have not seen this level of care even in many luxury facilities, let alone a relatively cosy environment. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

What a super find this lovely guest house is right in the middle of everything. Christina is a warm and welcoming host and her cooked breakfast is divine. The room we had had 2 singles and one double and was spacious and comfortable. Even though we overlooked the street it was quiet and bonus of a car park a few short minutes away - super convenient

The rooms are well kept, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a little city break as it’s close to everything including the train station which was ideal for my partner and I. Would definitely stay again as the whole process was easy from checking in and checking out, lovely and friendly.

What an outstanding B&B to stay in Bath! My wife and I spent 3 nights at The Henry Guest House located right in the middle of all major Bath's attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and well kept on a daily basis. The daily English Breatfast was outstandingly good! Thanks Christina for being an excellent host. We look forward to coming back again soon. :)

This was everything I hoped to experience with a guest house in Bath. The rooms were lovely and the service was amazing. A member of our party was not feeling well and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate and help us. If we ever get back to Bath, this is definitely where I will stay.

Very good centrally located, easy access to main attractions in Bath. Hearty breakfasts. Beware of expensive city parking if you are driving and Bath Clean Air Zone charges for certain vehicles. Friendly staff.
