A long weekend in Bath, long promised, was a wonderful experience, aided by our B&B at Villa Claudia. Just a 15 minutes (or less) walk to the city centre was very convenient with the parking facility so convenient for a place like Bath. The room was comfortable, the bed especially so. Simply somnolent bliss. Maria and husband Carlo provided really...

Charming B&B located near the train station. The room with wifi was very spacious and comfortable, very clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was just amazing: fruit salad made with freshly cut fruit, and the presentation of the dishes is as wonderful as the meal's taste. Maria is really kind and friendly. She took care of us as if...

Greeted by Maria who was lovely and taken to our very traditional room which was a little small but perfectly clean and comfortable. Little fridge also in room. Only downside was very poor Wifi connection. Breakfast fantastic. Great location and easy walk into town.

We stayed 3 nights at Villa Claudia. We were greeted warmly by Maria and Carlo and shown to our room which had a four poster bed and a small fridge if we needed it. While not ensuite, the beautiful spacious private bathroom was just next door and we were given a foldable screen to give us privacy when moving from...

This location was perfect for a first-time driver in the UK. Downtown is within easy walking distance. The road to Stonehenge is nearby, so you can be on your way in no time. The room was bright and beautiful. The bed was luxurious. Parking was no problem. Have the full English breakfast prepared just to your liking by Carlo. Remember...

Wonderful little b&b in a pretty central location (only a 5 minute walk from Great Pulteney Street). The room was perfect and had a lovely four poster bed. The hosts, Maria and Carlo were absolutely lovely, very friendly and welcoming. This place was such a refreshing change from the usual chain type of accommodation. If we're ever in the vicinity...

We usually use hotels, often chains but for our recent short stay in Bath opted for Villa Claudia, a B&B in a quiet residential area but only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. We certainly weren't disappointed: Villa Claudia is a period house on which Italian owners Maria and Carlo Amato have stamped their own character. We stayed in...

Maria and Carlo Amato made us feel really welcome. We stayed for three nights and will definitely return. Within walking distance of Bath City centre, the b& b is spotless and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the smoked salmon and scrambled egg option. Our double room with adjoining private bathroom was very comfortable and well-appointed. Highly recommended.
