Shortly after arrival and a very warm welcome from Debbie, the proprietor, as my partner and I climbed the stairs to our sumptuous room, Abbey View, we both agreed that we had truly "landed on our feet here!" This B&B is an absolute gem of a find. We still can't believe the low price we paid for our stay! This...

Visiting Glastonbury for the 3rd time for the carnival and we have fallen on a gem of a B&B in Magdelene House. Debbie looked after us really well, accommodating all our needs and dietary requirements. Our room was warm, very clean and very comfortable. There were excellent toiletries available, tea and coffee making facilities were top quality, even a cafetière...

I have read a few of the reviews and while id agree with some points I find it hard to downgrade my ratings, its a very nice property with history, we were on the 1st floor at the rear (Church view) the owners like their ornaments and objects of a religious bent (well it is opposite the Abbey and it...

We had a 2 night stay and found Magdalene House a homely and welcoming B & B. Particularly Debbie - the house manager who made us feel very welcome. She gave us lots of useful local information. Breakfast was superb, the room was lovely and we slept really well. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Glastonbury.

I called the day before we stayed and arranged to have the Church View room, which was actually the room I had picked anyway. Debbie greeted us very warmly and made us a pot of tea. The room turned out to be warm, quiet and spotlessly clean. The beds were the most comfortable I have slept on in any establishment....

Stayed here last night late booking, the house itself has lots of history and has lots of nic nacs not all to my taste, but then I do not like lots of dusting. We stayed in the Bella room right up the top of the house and many stairs, but there is a stair lift if needed. Once you have...

My son and I have just had a fabulous stay at Magdalene House B&B. Debbie and Lewis are just so friendly and hospitable. They have so much pride in what they do and their passion for hosting shows through in everything they do. Our room was spacious and spotless and the breakfast faultless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would...

Booked this as it was very near to our venue for the weekend and oh so pleased we did. What a lovely place to stay! Clean and friendly. Breakfast is to die for - I'm veggie and had lovely veggie breakfast. My partner isn't and they had wonderful sausages and bacon from a local butchers. Enough breakfast to make you...
