Great hotel, very clean hotel and rooms, friendly staff. Comfortable beds, good location - easy to find and good parking and is fairly reasonable to get to the town centre in a taxi. Would use the hotel again.

We've stayed here a number of times. This place is still clean, and the staff are friendly. We were disappointed that they forgot to refresh the teas and coffees after our first night, and that the soap dispenser was empty and not refilled. We mentioned this to the team, but sadly it wasn't implemented. Not a major issue but just... More

This is a standard Premier Inn, with friendly welcome, great bed and nothing to disturb our sleep. The room preparation was faultless, the bathroom absolutely gleamed. Just off the M6 and on the Stafford bypass, there was plenty of parking as well as food pub next door (which we didn’t try). There is a frequent bus service (from the stop... More

Stayed over whilst on training course, the rooms were as expected, the staff are very good , but the bit that clinched the deal is breakfast. Great choice, well cooked and good generous amounts . Well done guys

They need a smoking shelter away from the reception as both days groups of people smoking at the foyer means you are walking through their smoke and it would be uncomfortable for single female travellers.

The room was comfortable and the facilities were good. I was staying for business so I really just needed somewhere local and functional which is what was delivered. I wouldn't choose this for a weekend getaway, but I had a comfortable stay. There's a Brewer's Fayre next door but I elected to go to the Shire Horse restaurant which was... More

So little noise inside the Hotel , I thought I was the only guest. Comfortable , clean and nice and close to the M6. The referbishment is certainly good with extra power sockets next to the bed to charge phones overnight.

Just stayed overnight at this Premier Inn following a visit to AltonTowers to see the Fireworks. Whilst this isn't the closest Hotel to Alton Towers it is worth that extra few miles for comfort and value for money. The room was clean, comfortable and warm which after being out all day in the cold was a welcome relief. Staff were... More

Just a stopover for one night, standard premier inn, beefeater next door was ok but not the best pub/restaurant attached to a premier inn I have used, breakfast was fine, well stocked and a good choice of continental and fry!! Overall I would stay again if in the area!!

This Premier Inn was ok, but stayed in better. The room was very hot and stuffy, and noisy when we opened the window. Reception ladies were very friendly and helpful. Don't bother with the Brewers Fayre next door, very poor breakfast and dinner.

Thank Lisa C
