Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We have been coming here for some time now whilst working nearby in Stockton. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfy beds. Staff are always so friendly and helpful, especially Jay on reception who sorted out our rooms when we wanted to extend our stay, so pleasant and helpful. We will be returning again soon!

Hotel's Favourite
When staying at a Premier Inn for a second time, you know what to expect with regards the room and room facilities as they offer a standard product for their brand. What sets your stay apart is the cleanliness and customer service. Both of which are excellent at this hotel AND where when we stayed a year ago. Good to see consistancy and such effecient reception staff.

Good standard as always, with excellent welcome and service from Jay at reception. Good friendly bar team and breakfast staff were cheery. Use this hotel regularly and it is always welcoming. Good location for business and relatively quiet.

We use this hotel on a regular basis when visiting family. The staff are always friendly and respond to any requests we have. The rooms are basic but very clean with decent in room amenities. Excellent value for money. Have tried others but always return to This Premier Inn.

Came to the hotel with my husband however I’m currently 8 months pregnant so I had to ask some help at the reception regarding our room. I had the pleasure to speak to Allie (Alison) who was EXTREMELY helpful and kind and sorted out my situation effectively and quickly while she remained professional and very friendly. We liked our stay and it would not be the same without her help. We’re very thankful and appreciated it a lot !

Lovely premiere Inn, Absolutely the friendliest I’ve ever stayed at, Tory and Laura on Reception, we’re welcoming friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, There was even a bag of sweets in the room as a welcoming gesture, Had a lovely meal at the Brewers Fayre next door, and when we return Tory and Laura went the extra mile and gave us two small bottles of wine, and a card, saying Happy new car day and hope you have a nice stay, As we drove five hours to pick our new car up from Vertu BMW, rooms are clean, warm and quiet, had a lovely stay, Thank you for everything you did, your both worth your weight in gold

I had a wonderful experience we were promptly checked in by the lovely Tory and Laura at the desk, after sorting out if I had pre-paid or not I hadnt relaixed that was a feature as I had already paid on arrival in the past. However the room was exactly as expected I highly recommend and had a wonderful nights sleep!

I have been staying in this Premier inn for the last few months whilst working in Stockton, i have stayed in a lot of Premier inns, have to say this is one of the best, would like to say a big thank you to Jay and Tory on reception who always have a smile and go that extra mile to help, and to Tracy from Housekeeping for doing a great job of cleaning my room, would recommend staying here just for the fact of how friendly all the staff are. Communication could have been better, when I checked in on the first day. The staff were not particularly friendly and came across as quite blunt so I feel staff could have been friendler. I asked a member of staff for another towel as only one was provided yet there were two people booked in to the room. A few times I asked for the room to be cleaned and even left the paper hanging on the door handle to state that we want the room cleaned. I was also given two key cards upon check in when the staff were aware my boyfriend was coming a day later, I had to wake up at 4am to let him in as staff told him that i had to come down to let him in yet there was two people on reception.
