We enjoyed a two night stay in this beautiful b&b, our upstairs room was of a very high standard clean comfortable and spacious, Tracy is a lovely warm and welcoming host who greeted us with Tea and Scones, breakfast was tasty and plentiful, I would have no hesitation in recommending this b&b to any of my fiends and family.

We stayed at Oak Farm Barn this weekend and found the accommodation delightful. A lovely old converted barn in a peaceful rural location. Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a B&B. Tracey and Jack were super welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Oak Farm Barn B&B is a very high quality B&B. Tracy is the consummate professional. The directions she gave us led us directly to Moat Lane and Oak Farm. The greeting we received was warm and sincere and the cup of tea and cake Tracy gave us which we ate in the garden was greatly appreciated. Our room was a...

We recently had a most enjoyable stay at Oak Farm Barn for two nights which was perfect in every way. The barn conversion is very characterful and tastefully decorated throughout. Our room was very clean and comfortable with everything we required for our stay. We received a very friendly welcome from Tracy who greeted us with tea and home baked...

We stay self-catering at Barley Lodge and found it the perfect spot to seeing Suffolk's highlights. The accommodation has everything for a short or longer stay and is very well thought through, practical and stylist. We enjoyed; the garden which is a real 'sun trap'; tv's upstairs and down; good kitchen and equipment; lovely linen and comfy bed - and...

Stayed in the self catering Barley Lodge for 2 nights but wish it had been longer. The lodge was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean and had the advantage of its own private little patio out in the garden The owners had left us basic provisions such as milk, breakfast cereal and yogurt in the fridge which was a bonus....

We travel to Bury St. Edmunds from the US on a regular basis and have stayed at numerous hotels and B&Bs over the years. On our trip this year, we stayed at Oak Farm Barn and had by far the best accommodation experience of all our previous trips. The Barn is located in an absolute peaceful setting. Tracey & Jack...

Thanks Tracy & Jack (The Man, The Myth, The Legend) we had a great stay at Oak Farm Barn. The room (Room 3 upstairs) was decorated nicely, with good views if stood on tiptoes, great breakfast and really good hosts. We took your advice on where to park when visiting Bury St Edmunds and Abbey Gardens were a joy.

What a fabulous find. An absolutely beautiful barn, inside and out. Tracey is a gem. She met us on arrival with tea and cake, advised on where we should visit and cooks a fabulous breakfast. We'll definitely go back

Great place. Very peaceful surrounding and a beautifully converted barn! Only criticism is if there is someone in the room above, the floors do creak so it can be only slightly disturbing. But the hostess was lovely and very accommodating- if I was to ever come back to Bury St Edmunds this would be my place of choice!
