The cottage is a home from home. Set in a private walled garden, which is safe for dogs. Plush and well stocked, warm and welcoming. The log burner really gave it that wsrm winter holiday feel. The host was friendly and helpful. The area quite snd perfect for walking. Kings forest a'short walk away was perfect for walking the dogs

We arrived for one night at West Stow Hall, which is grade 1 listed building. The owners greeted us warmly and settled us in. Eileen offered to cook us an evening meal which was delicious. The following morning we were given a tour of the Hall, incredible. Many thanks for having us and allowing us to stay at your gorgeous house.

Stayed at this most amazing place for just 2 nights. There was a warm welcome from Eileen & Andy. The rooms are wonderful with great attention to detail & luxury. There is tea/coffee facilities with biscuits & even a dish of sweets. Its the whole atmosphere of this ancient beautiful home that is so enchanting. It is a family home which is beautifully restored & Andy is so interesting & knows the history of the building which dates back to the 1520s. Nothing is to much trouble & the food is divine. We hope to return one day & be spoilt once again.🥰 Monty their dog is a very gentle soul & a great asset in guarding the home. Thank you Eileen & Andy for a great stay 🤗

Absolutely beautiful place! House was clean and owners were lovely. Full of nature and history. Would highly recommend for families, couples and dog lovers. Definitely will be visiting again. Great for people looking for a nature or history based trip. Spent lots of time walking through the Kingswood which is right next to West Stow Hall and the Anglo-Saxon village and nearby Larkwood Lakes were stunning, interesting and out of a fairy tale. Owners left us homemade cakes and was kind enough to show us the 15th Century paintings in her home on our last day which was fascinating.
