We finally got to have our daughter's wedding reception here after cancellations due to Covid. On the night of the reception there were still some restrictions in place but the staff managed to make the whole event run smoothly, safely & it hardly felt restricted at all due to the staff's professionalism. All staff made sure that our evening went smoothly & exactly as we wanted it to go,which can't have been an easy job. Our guests commented on how polite & courteous staff were throughout our event.
The buffet was delicious with lots of choice. It was beautifully presented & there was plenty of food.
The function room was light, airy & spotlessly clean. The chairs & tables were well spaced out to allow us to move around without getting too close to each other.
We booked an overnight stay & as check in was 2pm we managed to be able to use the spa facilities before our event which was fantastic.
Our room was large & very well presented. There is no AC but each room had a fan in it & all windows opened wide so the heat wasn't a problem even though we had the reception on the hottest day of this year so far.

All in all a fantstic day & all credit to the staff here.

Whilst very impressed by staff service and all needs being met three days consistently throughout my stay, in this very modern and sophisticated well kept property. I was incredibly disappointed to see many women down on their hands and knees scrubbing floors on a site that clearly has an incredible profit rate. You can see the cleaners and ground workers do a brilliant job through blood sweat and tears however it's the 21st century and we were disappointed to see the staff not be more looked after when they do such a good job. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

We went as grandparents with son -in -law, daughter and 2 year old grandchild for an overnight stay .
There was some confusion on arrival over one bedroom but staff on reception were extremely quick to rectify the situation. Thank you Carl !
Due to Covid I had had to e mail quite a few times as I realised that we may need to book swimming slots , steam and sauna slots and also gym slots .Email response from the hotel was excellent and this was duly booked in by this method.
We had booked afternoon tea and I asked to use the snug instead of eating in the main restaurant as with a 2 year old we could see it would be easier to have it there . Danielle the restaurant supervisor and her team are amazing , she is really positive and helpful and nothing was too much for her to do in order to give us the best experience eating out with a tired 2 year old made possible !
A special mention has to be made for the amazing presentation of the really deliciously tasty food and the excellent service .
The beds are really comfortable and everything was very clean and you could clearly see that care had been taken due to the current covid circumstances.

My niece block booked the hotel for a family wedding. As we had travelled from as far south as Kenya, east as Dubai, west as county Cork and north as Scotland, a group of us booked a table for 16 in the restaurant. Initially they wanted a deposit per head until I pointed out that we were all residents in the hotel and had paid room deposits already. However we were required to pre-order our meals from a menu which turned out to be less extensive than the one in the restaurant itself.

On the night two of our party were delayed by flight disruption due bad weather so I asked if we could delay our 1930 booking to 2000. The restaurant manager was delighted as this “would ease things in the kitchen”! The restaurant wasn’t that busy, a table of 10, a couple of 4s and 2s in addition to our own booking.

We sat down about 40 minutes later than originally scheduled and didn’t get our starters until 2100, another 50 minutes on. At 2130 my oldest sibling advised that she would not be having her main or desert as it was by now to late for her to be eating

In fairness the (few) staff were lovely and very apologetic, and the final account recognised the lousy service. The food when it eventually arrived was, in the main, good although the salt-baked cod was too salty and the Octopus starter was barely a mouthful. However, if an establishment is going to offer a service it needs to ensure that it has the staff to cater for what is booked.

One month ago, by a miracle and the amazing All Saints team, was our wedding day! My (now) husband and I have had the most wonderful experience with All Saints Hotel and their events team, from the start to the end of the journey. In October, it became clear that our planned wedding was not going to happen and so we looked for a smaller option, in fitting with government guidelines. From the moment we met Bethany at All Saints, we felt relaxed and encouraged that, despite all the restrictions, she would do everything she could to give us a special day to remember. We were not disappointed! Communication was excellent, the facilities were stunning and the service was impeccable. We cannot fault a thing.

The Bridal suite was gorgeous, with a very comfortable bed, enormous bathroom and plenty of room for getting ready. The room in which we held our reception (The Gallery) was simply beautiful and perfect - although we only had 15 people, it did not feel empty. The staff were all amazing and did everything they could to make our day, and our entire stay, as wonderful as possible. The team that served our food at the wedding were all absolutely brilliant and I wish I could remember their names to commend them personally. They were always on hand to help when needed but never loitering or in the way. They were warm and friendly and even used our names which was a lovely touch. Reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too.

The food was absolutely amazing. All of our guests said how delicious it was, including one rather fussy eater - so that's saying something! The sticky toffee pudding in particular was something else. Bethany made sure throughout the day that we had everything we needed, ensuring we had the best opportunities for photos possible and helping us with little extras like our sparklers. When I mentioned how much my shoulders were aching from my dress (!), Bethany booked us in for a much needed massage in the spa the following day, which was a blissful experience.

I could go on much longer. This review may sound too good to be true but my husband and I honestly had the time of our lives and we are so grateful to everyone at All Saints Hotel who made that happen, especially Bethany. We had no idea, even 48 hours prior to the wedding, if it would actually go ahead given all of the ever-changing restrictions, but throughout the process we knew that Bethany and her team would do everything they could to make our day happen if possible. From the mulled wine to the golf course photos to the extended checkout for family members, the little extra touches were everywhere and so, so appreciated.

THANK YOU so much Bethany and all of your team. We just wish that we could come back and do it all again!

We had booked 4 rooms for my daughter’s wedding which was being held locally, when booking the rooms the hotel reception and booking team were very friendly and really helpful and were able to give us exactly what we had requested.
We checked prior to arrival that everything was in order and going to plan.
On arrival we were greeted with a very friendly, well presented and smiley receptionist who sorted our rooms out and booked us in.
The rooms were perfect for our need. Spacious and clean with all the facilities required.
Breakfast was lovely and the view from the restaurant over the golf course very pleasant. Food was well presented and tasted great, fresh and hot.
We were staying on the lower ground floor which was fine although some foot movement Fromm above echoed through the room but as long as the guests above are getting ready for bed that is acceptable.
The hotel were aware that my daughter was getting married and had taken some fizz down to her room which was a nice touch.
Checking out was swift as we had paid on arrival and we’re treated very well by all staff encountered. The night crew apologised to us on our return from our function as we were greeted by some guests from another function who were clearly a little the worse for wear from their celebration although not overly obnoxious adding a little light entertainment.
We had a busy weekend so unfortunately didn’t get the opportunity to make use of the spa & fitness facilities available.
Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay with a very friendly team.
Thank you to all.

I highly recommend this hotel. I booked into the spa for a massage and a facial and then met my husband in the restaurant for afternoon tea.

I was welcomed into the spa by Alex who instantly made me welcome and relaxed, such a warm friendly environment to walk into, she is the kind of person that puts you at ease straight away. The spa itself is a beautiful environment, vary calming with gorgeous furnishings
Alex explained my treatments i had booked in for and then lovely Cathy came and greeted me and took me for my relaxation.
She was so nice and i new i was in good hands. The treatments were wonderful and i will definitely be booking in with Cathy in the future. I didn't feel rushed and she had this lovely personal way about her where nothing would have been a problem. What i found special and unique as well was the aftercare, i was taken to a relaxation room and given a glass of prosecco (i was offered water as well) and had to do nothing else but carry on relaxing until i was ready to leave!! Beautiful lounge chairs to chill on and a range of magazines to choose from. Vary quite vary tranquil.

Then the afternoon tea! Again such friendly staff and so professional, we were taken to our table with the most stunning views over the golf coarse, the restaurant and this lovely snug area are so calming, it has this atmosphere where you could sit for hours talking and relaxing. Well we did!! The food was out of this world, i loved the way it was presented and there was plenty of it, yummy sandwiches and then the best cakes and pastry i have ever tasted. The friendly staff generally checked in with us to see if we needed anything or wanted more drinks but still gave us time and space, we didn't feel rushed at all.

I came away totally relaxed and so happy with the whole day, i would highly recommend a stay here or like us local to the area but wanted somwhere nice to go.
I plan on spoiling my mum and sister and having a really special day with them.
I think a day like this is the perfect gift for someone
Thank you for a wonderful day 😊

We came for a spa stay last weekend and had a lovely time. The staff were all polite, friendly and professional.

The pool area was busy when we arrived in the morning, I was told they were fully booked but by lunchtime the pool area was very quiet and there was lots of room to move around and go between Jacuzzis, steam room, sauna and the pool.
Our treatments were changed last minute due to a memember of staff being taken ill, this was not at all an issue for us anyway, and were were kept informed and staff were most apologetic about this and dealt with it very professionally. We then found when we checked into our room a complementary bottle of red wine had been left in our room to compensate which was a fantastic touch. Our treatments were perfect and we really enjoyed the relaxation rooms before and after. The weather outside was awful and inside was a sea of calm and tranquility.
The location of the spa and hotel is perfect, set I lovely countryside and only 5 mins drive to the centre of bury, a lovely market town which is worth a visit in your way home We won’t hesitate to visit again.

We stayed in the All Saints hotel for 2 nights from Sunday 13th September. The hotel had only just opened its rooms to guest following lockdown and what a fabulous job the team are doing. Although the restaurant was not open this did little to disrupt our stay as the hotel were quite happy for you to have food delivered to your room.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is set in a lovely peaceful location. We were fortunate to be assigned a room with a balcony with views over the golf course, ideal to relax with a bottle of wine and watch the world go by!
The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel and we are looking to stay again in October if we are not experiencing a further lockdown.

This smart looking, modern hotel was well signposted as you navigated the local roads. On arrival, the ample parking areas are nicely laid out and the entrance to the main building is well positioned.
Checkin was quick and throughout our stay we found the reception team very friendly and efficient.
On hearing of mobility issues, head of reservations, Jonathan, upgraded us to a suite normally used for bridal purposes. It was a beautiful large room overlooking the golf course and facing both south and west thereby enjoying the afternoon sun.
The only downside to our stay was breakfast- we didnt eat in the restaurant at any other time. All dishes are cooked to order. First morning fine. Second morning, my order was lost, only realising it when my wife got her dish and not me. On the third morning, they brought the wrong dish for me. The correct dish never did come and I cancelled my order because we had to leave. Shortage of staff and the use of some new ones contributed to the problems. The reception staff, to their credit, did compensate me for what had occurred and to my satisfaction.
Despite the hiccup with breakfast, all in all it is a scrupulously clean and well run hotel and one we would love to stay at again.

Hi, there is a playground area at Fornham All Saints Community centre, it’ll be a reasonable walk from the hotel. Other than that there is West Stow which is a short drive away.

Great - not just a pile it high like most and try and satisfy with the amount- it’s just quality. Preferred the full breakfast though to the ‘breakfast omelette’ which I had and would have called it a mushroom omelette. On one stay I also tried the eggs Benedict which was fantastic. Hope this helps and I hope you enjoy your stay. Chris
